Soft leather with a good fit.

I received this jacket a couple of days ago. For reference I'm close to 5ft 4 and about 122 lbs and purchased a S. I ordered the color Hickory. It looks a bit different than the display image, especially the color. I wasn't too crazy about that, however it's not a bad color at all. The jacket is very soft and almost looks like vegan leather (which I wear too) but I haven't had this type of leather in many years, so I was thrown off a bit. It is of medium thickness as most lambskin jackets are not made with thick hides.I mostly just had cowhide leather, so that was the problem for me, but it feels and smells like genuine leather. Overall I like the jacket, except for the fact that it is not as long as it is shown on the model. I bought this at a good discount and haven't regretted my choice. This jacket does come in some nice colors and while I haven't worn it yet, I can still tell how well it will hold up to the cooler weather, I would say you can wear this with a medium thickness sweater in 45 degree weather or even with a t shirt in 50 degree weather. I would like to wear it now, but it's too hot :). Also, remember that unlike cowhide leather, this is a different type. Water and rain can ruin it, so don't wear it in the rain, or let any liquid on it. It will get ruined. If even going out and there is a chance of rain and you just decide to wear it, bring along a light backup jacket to protect this. I hope my review is helpful :). Update: for the reviews that say this runs small... It DOESN'T run small, at least the color I got doesn't. I've gained a full size of about 10 -12 lbs and still fits, a bit more snug but not super tight. The jacket is a thinner leather because it's not cowhide but lambskin which tends to be thinner. Also as far as sizing, there are women who want to believe that they are smaller than they actually are, which can happen when buying l higher end clothes (which some normally would run a size bigger). I've had the same problem because I recently gained a few lbs and ordered a size 2 in Democracy pants and were too big when now I'm close to or am a size 4... keep that in mind.

Nice surprise

I didn't know what to expect when ordering a leather jacket from Amazon but I trusted the Cole Haan brand and I was not disappointed. The quality of the leather and the workmanship exceeded my expectations and I was very impressed with the way that it was shipped to me. It was on a hanger, in a plastic bag in a sturdy cardboard box.

Terrible sizing

The product was very nice but it runs super small. I normally wear an XL so that’s what I ordered and it was like a small. Very disappointed

Gorgeous jacket

I bought this as part of Prime Wardrobe and was trying to decide whether or not to keep it. I had it on when my boyfriend came over and his first words were, "wow that's a nice jacket -where did you get that?" He rarely ever notices or mentions anything I'm wearing. My best friend and her daughter thought it looked fantastic too. The leather is so supple and the Hazelnut color is stunning. It fits really nice also. I highly recommend this leather jacket.

Buttery soft leather jacket

This is a very nice leather jacket I bought the Cognac the leather is super soft and the color was exactly what I was looking for I’m a man who mixes men’s and women’s clothes mainly boots and leather jackets in cool or cold weather I pick things that don’t attract too much attention like lower heeled boots under jeans and leather jackets that could pass as men’s and this one is perfect I can’t wait to wear it with my cognac boots

light jacket, not built to last

color - ordered in navy. so dark, almost black. weird dingy matte finish. fit - runs very small. I ordered my normal size, and can't even come close to closing the jacket. tight in the shoulders. forget the chest. fit model must have been flat as a board. will have to wear it open, or give it away cause I didn't send it back in time due to Covid. quality - very thin leather. because the shoulders are tight, I feel like I will rip it out if I move the wrong way. will not keep you warm in a biting wind. may be OK for one season in LA if you want to flash a label and trend , but not built for east coast weather.

Love This Jacket, Wish I Could Keep It

This well made jacket was exactly what I was looking for. The leather is buttery soft and the color (cement) is gorgeous. It's killing me that I have to send it back because with my long waist it looks like I outgrew it, but it fits everywhere else. Not the fault of the design, I just need it to be at least two inches longer. So disappointed.

Poor Fit

Looks great - that's why I bought this jacket; I am 5'6",122 lbs and ordered the medium size as others have commented on 'small fit'. However the jacket simply does not fit well, besides being too small and it is the typical cheap Chinese quality (i.e. junk). If you want a cheap jacket then go for it, if you expect a nice, good quality leather jacket - don't bother.
