Good storage for a closet

I bought this specifically because of its depth, it fits perfectly on the closet shelf I intended. Quality is decent; I didn't expect natural hardwood for forty-some dollars so I'm not disappointed. Its particle board with some sort of vinyl veneer, but its quite nice looking and feels sturdy. Arrived in perfect condition, no damage. I had it assembled within an hour, but I was in no hurry.

Perfect for the price

Womens 8.5 - no heels over 2". It works well for what I need, the price is right, and it fits in a small space. I have three stacked (see attached pic). The bottom one has two divider walls pulled out to make bigger holes for boots - mid calf or lower & folded. Otherwise, the standard holes hold most pairs of shoes - if positioned right. I have a couple hiking shoes and a pair of hokas that will only fit 1 shoe per hole. I can get 2 to 3 pair of flip flops in 1 hole depending on how slim they are. This is not high quality but it is what anyone should expect to receive for this price point. The unit is your basic particle board construction. It's not meant to withstand abuse and the shelves can bow over time if the shoes are heavy. Ive been using two units for several years and just bought a third to add to them.

Great for organizing tween shoes!

My tween daughter has tons of shoes. I was tired of them being left anywhere and everywhere. She can easily place them on this shelving now, and see which pair she would like to match with which outfit. Slight issues putting it together, but we figured it all out in the end and are happy with the final results.

Read description of dimensions!!!

The photos make the cubbies look larger than they actually are, so make sure to read the description of the dimensions to see if it will work for you. If you are using it as shoe storage, they will not fit an average pair of men's shoes or pair of women's high heels without smushing them, so they are not suitable for dress shoes except women's flats or very low heels. Otherwise, it looks a lot nicer in my closet.

Better than Walmart

Way more storage space than anything you’ll find in a Walmart; although I can’t say anything about Walmarts quality or sturdiness but this was a quick fix kinda buy. This product was also cheaper than what I had found elsewhere. It took me about 30 minutes to build the only thing I would complain about is the back piece isn’t completely solid, it was folded in half and nailed to the back which has some give if anything is pushed to the back.

Good for my needs

I'm not using this for shoes, so I can't speak on it's capacity for that. I'm using this to organize various sized mailers and poly bags that I use for my online business. I chose not to nail the backboard onto the piece because I wanted to be able to put items in that were a bit longer than the depth of the unit. Note that the cubbies aren't actually attached to the frame of the unit, so if you pull on them they will slide out. They're also not totally flush so they do wiggle around a little in there. I docked a star because mine did not come with assembly instructions, so I had to look them up online. Other than that, I like it!

Not perfect but def good enough

I was expecting the shoe box areas to be a bit larger. I have small feet and had a kind of a hard time getting a pair of sneakers in. One spot broke as we were trying to assemble so be careful when putting in those screws. Otherwise it does fit snuggly right as I wanted it to in the space I had. Overall I am please with it.

Not the greatest quality, room for error

This serves it's purpose and is a useful little cubby if hidden away in a closet somewhere. The back is made of CARD STOCK...that's right, one side is just a piece of paper that you need to hammer on with tiny nails. If you make a mistake and assume that at least it's a white piece of paper to match the cubbies and accidentally hammer it white side up, you will forever have grey cubbies- The nails have no head to them, you can't pull them out, at least not without severely damaging the product. Also don't assume the wooden pegs are to strength reinforcers- they are simply to add on if you need to stack another cubby on top. Unfortunately the directions weren't that clear and ended up hammering them into the holes provided- resulting in split wood. Overall a useful product- worth about a quarter of it's purchase price

Nice and compact

Nice and compact, often with the kids shoes you can put more than 1 pair in one slot. Bigger size shoes will stick out and I would say the slots are suitable for probably upto size 7 shoes. For mens trainers etc you have to use one slot for one trainer. With flip flops you can use one slot for about 2 pairs.

Great shoe rack

This was very easy to put together, and I could even leave out the lowest horizontal piece to leave a bigger space for boots. I ended up putting this on its side since that’s how it fit best in my closet, that works fine except the bottom edge (which is now at the side) is unfinished.

Not good value & damaged

This product arrived in its original box with no protection box or bagged ! As you can see there is damage to the one panel. Definitely would not recommend this product. Very small and flimsy not good value at all. Disappointed is an understatement.

good product, a bit lighter than expected

came as described, easy to put together, dimensions are as advertised. construction seems a bit light, but for the price I suppose it couldn't really be much heavier materials.
