My favorite part of the closet

All the ties are organized, much better than the hanging rack I had before. It’s so easy to find the right tie. Slide it out, grab the tie and slide it back out of the way. I even have a couple belts on there.

Terrific for ties but not great for belts.

I bought three racks, two for ties and one for belts. I don't like the way the belts sit on the hooks and I'm going to use the third one for more ties! I'm very happy with the racks when used strictly for ties and I'll find some other apparatus for my belts. Not only do they keep the ties separate and straight and orderly, but they even look decorative as well.

Not worth the money

This device was not worth the money to me. First of all, the sliding bar needs to be flat rather than round. Its shape allows it to sway left and right, depending on the weight that's placed on each side. This allows belts to fall off the rack, as the belt-holders are too flat. Also, it does not extend out far enough to reach the belts near the back end. I had been using a very old plastic one that was much more stable and extended out a good six inches farther than this one. It had broken, but I rigged it back together and am very happy with it. Also, this one is very over-priced at more than $57! I don't recommend it.

Good purchase: Simple, effective, just don't overload it.

Overall, very happy with this purchase and can recommend as a low-cost solution for adding a tie rack to a wire frame closet organizer. I probably overloaded it at first (2 ties per hook & 4 leather belts). The weight caused the bars to spread making it difficult slide in and out. Perhaps that is why others said it kept falling. I decided 2 ties per hook really wasn't convenient and kept it to 1 tie each. But I also added a zip-tie and velcro loop (see photos) to strengthen it and make it slide easier when fully loaded.

Perfect and Compact for Belts

My Thoughts: I had a belt problem…way too many belts and not a good solution to store them. I tried a couple solutions. Coat rack on the door, single specialty hangers and even a tie rack. Finally, I found something worth it even though it was a little pricey…and it was perfect because it was made for the type of wire shelving my closet has. I was not too impressed by the quality of packaging/checking. I had to send it back once because it was missing the spring clip and instead has to 2 metal clamps. Just this second time It came with all the parts but the screw was deformed. Luckily I had a similar spare and used that instead. My only other gripe is I wish it was more stable… its not super wobbly but weight does matter a bit. The Bottom Line: This is just perfect for belts…no comment on ties. It doesn’t take up much room and can hold a ton of belts. I do wish it was a bit more stable.

I'm not totally sure about this product. It doesn't seem very sturdy when your pulling it out but only time will tell. Wish pulled out farther hard to see the back.

Great storage

It is a little pricey but works great. Reviews I read people complained about it not staying up. I believe they fastened it incorrectly. You have to hook from outside going in. See photo. But I bought one for my toes and one for belts and works great.

updating as the rack is at half capacity and already starting to drop, bend it still slides just fine and fits great. it still looks okay, but droopy. I feel I am basically waiting for it to break. not the best quality steel used here. the price was good though, as long as it doesn't end up breaking and continues to slide okay I will keep a 3 star review on it.

Exceeded expectations, great value

Exceeded expectations! Had certain doubts about the hanger rod below the shelf in our setup but it actually fit perfectly as seen on the photos and the color was a great match too. Well-designed sturdy product and an awesome solution for those with collection of neckties (or scarves). Recommended!
