Pretty good bag

Needed to replace my old toolbag for work and i wanted something a little bigger that i could roll around. Ended up choosing this one because it seemed like it had the best reviews of all the bags offered on Amazon. the bag is spacious and i can fit all the tools i need and then some. The pockets on the side are pretty good and the overall material is thick and doesn't look prone to tears. The stitching on all the pockets is pretty solid which is something my old back failed in. The wheels are a hardened rubber and hold up well. My only gripes are with the handle and the inside pockets. I wish it had more inside pockets and that those pockets were a little bigger. As they are now, i can fit a few small wrenches, safety wire pliers, a slim ratchet and an extension but that's about it. As for the handle, it has a good bit of wobble and gives the feeling as if it's not very sturdy, i guess time will tell. The included light, although not very bright, is a nice bonus. It's a decent bag for the money, i don't think I'll be replacing it anytime soon

Somewhat/mostly satisfied.

I am an escalator mechanic and need to transport many heavy tool and this bag itself was made of great quality but the telescopic handle is very flimsy and one of my wheels stopped working a month after I got it so it’s like dragging a heavy sled. If the handle was as sturdy as the husky bags and the wheels were better or even replaceable this bag would absolutely take over the market!!

A Great Bag...

I purchased this bag to carry the heavier gear I use. I was commuting to work with everything stuffed in a back pack type duffel and what ever didn't fit in that, strapped over my shoulder. My commute is a 1/2 mile walk, ferry ride, and subway...then walk to the job site. My back was killing me from all the weight. The bag itself is very roomy. In it, I keep a gallon of water, small Klein bag, lunch, extra sweatshirt, 3m Dust mask and goggles. The inside compartment pockets are small, but perfect for keys and wallet. The handle is sturdy, but when fully extended feels wobbly. The wheels are hard plastic and noisy on concrete. I am finding there is not a lot of wheel clearance when tilted forward to walk. It is a bit wide and tricky to get through the subway turnstile (see photo). I am not confident about fitting through the fingered turnstile gate. The zippers are sturdy, but the top does not stay open when flipped over. A bit frustrating, but definitely not a deal breaker. Very well balanced when the handle is nested and carrying by its handles All in all, I am happy with this purchase. The price was great, and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Not for plumbers that have to walk through tough terrain.

It was a cute bag with all the compartments, but unfortunately it only lasted a couple of months.

Great quality plain black rolling bag.

High quality canvas. Extremely sturdy stitching. Wheels roll well on any surface including dirt, grass, gravel, and brick. The led light in the handle is a cool feature, albeit easily forgotten about. My one and only complaint is the handle once it is fully extended. It seems to have picked up a slight warp. It hasn't affected the way it functions at all so far. It just feels a little cheap and I worry it may cause problems in the future. As of yet, however, this bag has endured all kinds of abuse in extreme conditions and still looks and feels to be in excellent condition. Overall, if you're looking for a plain black rolling toolbag that doesn't advertise what kind of tools you use, this is one you should consider.

Poorly made, poor customer service

For a well known company product is very poorly made, after only six 4 months of use wheel bearing are coming apart, fabric is ripping, and back suuuppport rod coming out of fabric, CLC Customer Support is very poor, company wants you to jump through hoops for them to honor warranty, have to ship bag to them for approval of repair or replacement even after emailing them pictures at their request and I have to pay shipping in the meantime I wouldn't have a bag to do my job with, will never buy this bran again and suggest you don't either

Very good for the price- truly customizable

Very good for the price. * Update at the bottom- New replacement item shipped to my surprise! The wheels on mine bent some. It still rolls. But with a slight drag. The telescoping handle is a bit light and occasionally collapses. It does holdup pushing uphill on rough concrete though. The lid could use more or bigger or thicker magnets to stay closed. It does stay open though. Careful changing batteries for the lighted handle. It's a bit delicate. I like the three presets for LED adjustable angle lighting. Good for dark sidewalks. Spacious inside. I did write to CLC to have the light and wheel replaced. They are sending a new handle with the lights. The wheels are not replaceable they said. Again, very good for the price. A bit heavy if you have to lift it in and out of a car trunk. One tip... use a really big Caribeaner to clip the handles together. That makes it easier to lift. * After submitting two issues needing repair or replacement, I am happy to report that a new replacement bag was shipped to me. It's a good service on CLC's behalf. At work in the live event corporate AV business, all the Techs compare and talk about their roller bags, tools and gadgets all the time. So, this will go a long way for word of mouth. Because not everybody wants to spend the money on a Pelican case for less storage space. The CUstom Leather Craft bag is truly customizable. Pockets for small hand tools along the perimeter and wide open inside. You are free to fill it with your own smaller bags or padded cases. Thanks CLC!

Has everything you could need

Great bag has everything you need my only flaw was the handle doesn’t want to stay on any lvl other then fully up or fully down it jumps out of the lower lvls and usually at the worst times other then that they have thought of everything I love it

Its perfect

To be able to have all of my tools in one place and mobile is exactly what I needed. This handy bag allows me to continue doing the work I love. I have a bad back so carrying heavy bags is no longer an option. It is sturdy and looks professional. The light on the handle is a real bonus. I find I spend less time searching for items. I am incredibly happy with this purchase.
