Durable and comfortable
I bought these for my growing teenage son who has wide feet. He wears a uniform daily to school and these shoes have lasted 10 months before he outgrew them. The shoes offer good support for pronators too. We just ordered a second pair.

Good intermediary shoe
I bought this for my husband who needed a comfortable shoe that is dressier than a sneaker but not an actual dress shoe. He is very pleased with this shoe. It is a quality, well-made shoe that looks very nice but isn’t stuffy

Comfort
I bought these for my husband and he wears them constantly . They are so comfortable and they are his favorite shoes to wear. I bought him 2 pairs now. One black and one pair of brown.

Confortable
Buying shoes online is never easy. This was the third pair of everyday walking shoes that I tried. These ones fit well and are comfortable. I prefer the wide fit but still had to get insoles to make them even easier to slide into. I recommend.

Not a great shoe, marginally OK
Gist: too shallow in front top, too narrow in toebox, too loose in heel. And these are 9W. They look great - classic under-stated and simple, but they feel like cheap materials and construction. First impressions: lightweight; narrower and therefore arguably dressier than Keen shoes which fit wide. Construction: 7/10, made in India (I visit India periodically, I have stopped buying shoes there - not exactly Germany), leather upper, synthetic lining and sole; some double stitching, which looks conscientiously done. Fit: OK, so I am size 8.5-9 but should there be 3.5 cm of space after the big toe? Left (smaller foot) too loose in heel. Even right is slightly. 8.5 would fit L better but would they then be to tight in R? I am not going to find out. Insole: 5/10, cheap, no arch support, wouldn't be able to replace with orthotics Sole: 3/10, one-piece cheap (?) plastic, slightly nubby texture and probably better than that of my SuperBirki clogs, but not wet weather confidence-inspiring. Comfort: 6/10 OK. When walking indoors on hardwood they feel soft enough, also good when tested on hallway carpet. These are *not* hiking or even urban walking shoes, and they are not marketed as such. I would not take these on a walking tour of Kolkata or Budapest. Ease getting in and out: 3/10, even with elastic on each side of tongue these are hard to put on. Easier to pull off though. Not suitable for my activities in Asia, where according to custom and hygiene I must remove and re-don my footwear dozens of times daily. Appearance: 7/10, rich ever so slightly burgundy-brown colour, interesting texture; stitching lines accent the length (unnatural shoe shape which does not match the organic real shape, catered to in children's shoes and Birkenstock type clogs). This design might suit those who want a classic-looking semi-dress shoe. I feel like a university Professor on the job. Value: 6/10, these might be OK if $50 shoes, but not at $90 CAD after 12.5% in sales taxes. I would rather spend twice the price and get ten times better of a shoe. Seems Clark has lost its place as a high-end shoe manufacturer. But that was what, twenty-five years ago? My feet: My feet are slightly wide, I have a high arch, slightly high front top of foot and slightly narrow heel, but all within normal parameters. My left foot us 8.5, right 9. Depending on shoe or boot manufacturer and model toe box (and whether I insert a custom/off-the-rack orthotic or use just a silicon heel support [also thickness of sock or bare feet]) I wear between an 8.5 and a 10, typically a 9. Context: I am comparing to my never-found ideal shoe (very poor) and the best I have found so far - Keen, several models, albeit $120-200+ (poor)

Great lightweight shoes that last
Fit great, light weight, and last a long time. This is my third pair, and each pair lasts more than a year of constant wear and use.
