I often have issues with fit...THESE ARE PERFECT!

I often have issues with fit having to deal with either too narrow, too long, too short or too wide. Rarely do I find shoes that fit just right without gaps or areas that pinch. Straight out of the box these fit perfectly and promise to get better with more wear since they are made of leather and will stretch slightly and form to my feet. Most of the time wide widths are not true to size, so I will have to size up a half size. I ordered what I should be able to wear and they are perfect, 8W. I will often end up in an 8.5-9 regular width or an 8.5W because they will fit oddly if I don't. Thanks Clark's for making a truly wonderful shoe!

Love these shoes

At my age, shoes have to be comfortable, but I like pretty too. These are almost as comfy as my sneakers but look a lot better. I only wear them with slacks and they just continue the line, meaning they are not obtrusive in any way. They just blend in but also the leather is nice and rich looking. I have wide feet but these fit so well they don't look as wide. When you want to look nice and still be able to walk a lot - these are great.

Wear Blk shoes for 4 hours with thick socks, and it'll fit fine!

I have the exact shoe in a size 7, two tone brown and they fit perfectly. I ordered another 7, but black and it was too large. I returned and got a 6.5. As soon as I put it on, I felt like it was too small. So, I wore a thick pair of socks with it for about 4 hours, and that seemed to stretch them out just enough to fit perfectly. So, for the black pair, order and 1/2 size smaller and stretch it out as stated above. Nice shoes. You can't go wrong with Clarks.

XW fits a wide foot

I have very wide feet. I ordered my usual shoe size in XW. They fit comfortably. It would be great if they were a bit wider but they don't seem like they will rub or be uncomfortable to wear. They look very nice and they feel like they have some substance to them. In trying to find a pair of business casual shoes for wide feet many of the shoes I tried felt very cheap with thin materials, these feel like they are a better quality.

Very Attractive but Wide

This is a very attractive shoe. Leather is nice and details exact. Excellent price too! One drawback is that they fit wider than marked. I got an 8 regular, but it feels like an 8 wide.

The most comfortable shoes ever

Let me start with some stats. I’m 5’6 and weight 278 pounds and was looking for some comfortable shoes to wear for work. I have plantar fasciitis and bone spurs in both feet. I’m on my feet most of the day walking back and forth through an office building. I looked into this brand and after positive reviews decided to give these shoes a try. Let me tell you, these are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. They feel like I’m walking on nice puffy clouds. I will never buy dress shoes from another brand now. I highly recommend these shoes!!

Love these shoes

So comfy and the color is not too navy but with a hue of gray green which I love about these shoes. They look good with dress pants and jeans. Did I mention that they’re comfy? These new shoes feel like old shoes, my feet aint hurt!

Good shoes

These shoes were terrible for the first few days. They gave me blisters due to the back of the heel rolling in slightly. However after about a week breaking them in, now they’re as comfortable as most Clark’s I’ve owned. But if you’re looking for the most comfortable pair, go with the Clark’s Ashland lane instead, they’re much more comfortable then these.

Le comfort

la réputation des souliers Clarks ne déçoivent jamais. Ceux-ci sont absolument confortables et vous pouvez marcher une journée entière et ne pas ressebtur de fatigue aux pieds.

Quite Comfortable

I had these shoes a little over a month now and am quite pleased with the product. It is my first Clarks purchase and I have given 4 stars only because I found the vamps a bit snug across the top of the foot, the left moreso than the right. I clipped the tiny elastics in the corners and stretched the leather vamp straps a bit. I also removed the insoles so I could use my Superfeet insoles. Theirs' pulled right out as they are just glued in a couple of spots, which I was pleased about if I ever want to put them back in. I bought these to have an everyday shoe for around the house and am not disappointed in the quality, the fit, the stylish appearance, and, overall comfort. I would buy these again as long as the shoe isn't altered from its present manufacturing process.
