Great Bowl for Wet Food!
I got the large food bowl (for dry food) and the extra wide flat bowl (for wet food). The extra wide flat bowl is maybe 0.5 cm taller than the large food bowl, but they are essentially the same size. I put a cup of dry food in the large food bowl, but it can definitely hold more kibble. I put 2.5 oz of wet food in the extra wide flat food bowl, but it’s big enough to hold a full 5.5 oz can as well. They are well made, have a cute design, and are roughly 4 inches tall. Both bold can fit on a standard food placemat, alongside a larger water fountain (I have the cat it). I was worried they wouldn’t all fit, but they look great! Before, my boy wouldn’t finish a can of cat food in one sitting or eat very much food/drink very much water. But birth vows are wide enough where they don’t scrunch his whiskers, and he’s finishing a fill serving of cat food now in one sitting. They are a bit more expensive that I would have liked, but still cheaper than any ceramic pet bowl sets of two I could find, and much cuter. They also feel very quality made, and have a bit of weight to them. They also come with a silicone ring on the bottom to prevent them from sliding or being pushed around. My boy is a bit of a messy eater and often knocks his bowls around, but hasn’t been able to do so yet. I’m very happy! If you’re looking for a good bowl, I’d pay a bit more for this brand from the get go instead of going with a cheaper option and then having to replace them when your kitty gets whisker fatigue.

Very Cute and worth the money.
An expensive cat food bowl but very cute. I got this raised bowl for an elderly kitty and he seemed to be a lot more comfortable eating at an elevated height. Now all my other kitties prefer the taller dish so I had to buy a couple more. I also purchased the trays for underneath. Yes, it’s expensive for a cat bowl. But if you want something that is cute, lasts forever (if you don’t drop it) and is potentially healthier for your cat (no whisker fatigue or leaning down to eat), look no further.

Pawsome Product!
I own all 4 beautiful designs of the Necoichi wide raised bowls for each of my 4 kitties. I want the best for my furbabies and I’m always learning about the latest and greatest. Reducing whisker fatigue and better digestion got me sold on these particular bowls. Also trying to change from plastics to ceramics and glass in the home. $20 seems like a lot but the happiness of my kitties is priceless.

What a difference it makes
My older cat (15) gets soft and hard food since she doesn't drink much water. She wasn't eating all her soft food when I was putting it on a plate for her. Now that she has this cat food bowl, she seldom leaves any behind and is feeling better. My only wish is that there was one available that was non-breakable!! (my granddaughter likes to help!)

High Quality Product
Impressed with the sturdy build quality and cute design. Low profile dish prevents whisker-stress, and the height helps my kitty maintain her perfect posture while eating. One wish would be for the manufacturer to offer more design options! One potential flaw is the removable silicone ring around the base of the unit. Designed to effectively prevent slipping; however, this will undoubtedly break eventually. Without this ring, owners will need a mat to prevent slips and chips. If there were other designs, I would buy multiples. Happy with this purchase!

Seems to be good for cats that vomit
I actually purchased this product 18 months ago. I like it because there’s less pressure on Onyx’s neck and she rarely vomits since she started eating from it. However, there has been a considerable price increase since I bought this cat bowl.

My cat and I love this bowl!
This is the best purchase i have ever made. It's the perfect height and size for my cat. I don't have to worry about his whiskers hurting and I love how it's so easy to clean and comes with a protective bottom. I should of definitely ordered more, but overall very cute !

Fine cracks develop causing mould to grow underneath the surface
After several months of usage the ceramic coating inside the bowl has developed fine cracks and black mouldy spots started appearing underneath the surface. I only ever hand washed the bowl in warm water so there was no reason for the cracks to appear. Considering the high price of this item and its short longevity, this was a very disappointing purchase.

Turns out my cat isn’t a fussy eater!
I’ve been using an automated cat feeder for my cat for years, but lately she’s been getting fussy, leaving most of her food, then begging for treats. Changed to the raised wide dish and now she eats whatever is put in it and no more begging!

Worked for my Pancreatitis cat
Adopted a cat with Pancreatitis. I tried out all the other fancy bowls and this is the only one that he consistently finishes his meals with. His new British Shorthair sibling also keeps abandoning her own meal to steal food from here. I was curious so I put the leftovers from her bowl into this Necoichi one - and she happily scarfed it down. Something about the shallowness + tilt + height makes keeps the food in the middle, so cats don't lose interest and finish. Worth the investment in saved leftovers for me!

Loved by our 17.5 year old cat
We have two of these dishes, one for wet food and one for dry. Our cat is 17.5 and is eating more food and finishing her food much easier. That's the best review I can give this product. A happy picky senior kitten's opinion
