Great deal. Only issue is that the metal isn't protected by any padding so depending on how you are using this strap the metal can make push up against your skin. I usually don't have that problem.

I love my Champion Barbell for providing the best equipment at a reasonable price.
This is a no bull tool that everyone looking to build the side muscles in their legs should buy. Front, rear hip flexors and the outside, and tough to get to, inner side will develop quickly with reps and endurance. It's partly cardio too. I almost hit my target heart rate. Buy it.

So surprised with how fast it came! This is great for hitting kick backs on the cables. One thing that I'm actually pretty happy with is that it came with its own cable clip (what you use to clip the strap to the cables) now I am able to use it on ANY type of cable machine. Thanks fitness outlet!

Good Quality Ankle Strap
PROS 1) It's made out of a durable and comfortable material. 2) It uses Velcro, and allows you to adjust it around your ankle at your own comfort. CONS None that I know of.
