easy and versatile

This was by far the easiest "out of box" piece of furniture to put together i have every bought. Instructions were not necesary as the chairs came in 2 pieces. 4 bolts and your done. i ordered 6 chairs and they arrived in very secure packaging, no damage to the box or the chairs. took me a total of 20 minutes to unbox and set up all 6 chairs and the only difficult part was unboxing it because every thing was packaged so nicely. ive hosted a few dinner parties now and everyone loves the chairs. it is around a darker stained table and gives great contrast. the best thing is the chairs fill the dining room with a pine scent. i may decide in the future that i want a darker wood to more or less match the table base and with these, a light sanding will make a great surface to accept a stain. overall i am exceedingly pleased with the product and cant recommend the chairs at a higher level. good luck in your hunt for new chairs.

Fun style and comfortable!

I've had these for a few months now and purchased for customers to sit in my office. Many people have complimented the style of the chair and found them comfortable to sit in. I too have sat in them from time to time and find them comfortable as well. The seat is a nice larger size and the chair all is very sturdy for the low cost. The assembly was done in minutes by my 17 yr old. I would highly recommend them!

Coordinates GREAT with Hairpin Legs!

I make tables and was looking for a chair that coordinated with hairpin legs. This is it! I chose the black vinyl seat because it's softer to sit on than a wood seat and really easy to clean. Oh, and, side note... did you know Christopher Knight is "Bobby Brady" of The Brady Bunch!? More accurately, he played Bobby Brady. :) Bottom line: Love these chairs!

Wrong Dimensions

BUYER BEWARE! You are responsible for delivery and return shipment if you find a problem with the merchandise. It is "100% guarantee returnable, but not free...shipment (delivery & return) you are responsible for and it is expensive!! The photo of the Owen Metal Frame Chairs w/ cushion is deceiving. They are NOT "sleek & Elegant. They are uncomfortable. The wood is raw. The metal is scratched. The cushions were torn underneath. The dimensions were 1" too short from the top of the chair to the floor and the top of the cushion to the floor, so do not fit properly under a standard dining table or feel proper when you sit on them. Cheap China junk. Good for milking a cow in a barn. Too low…not the dimensions listed in description! 31" from floor to top, not 32” as listed in decription 17 1/2 High from floor to top of seat, “ not 18.25" as listed in description
