Found a similar carriage lamp for a cohesive look

We ordered five of these to replace all the exterior lighting on our house. There are minimal instructions that come with the light but we have changed out light fixtures before so we knew how to do it. The glass is not installed in the lights but comes wrapped in foam packaging. Some reviewers commented that the glass was hard to install. It's easy to install by separating the two sections of the light, and then loosening the clips around the edge. Having the two pieces of the light makes for easier installation anyway - connect the wires on the top part and connect the glass paned bottom once you're sure your wiring is correct. The lights are very attractive but we did have one arrive damaged and one with manufacturing defects. Amazon replaced them quickly and we are happy with the transaction. Order 3 to find one with all its parts...

We chose these lamps (5 total) when we remodeled the outside of our house. By the time we were done, I had returned 3 from various sellers on Amazon (with Prime) because they were missing parts. All but 1 had clearly been opened and sloppily re-packaged. Also, it took me 20 minutes per lamp to install the glass panels (8 per lamp) and had to find replacement screws for many as the screws sent were soft and stripped out easily. If you choose this product from Chloe, I strongly recommend you bring a ton of patience to the job and keep your expectations low. You will be dealing with all the issues we've come to expect from products "made in China."

it's a good choice. It does look good

If you are buying this just for the look, it's a good choice. It does look good. However, it is a very cheaply built light. I can buy something off the shelf at my local big box store that is of better quality. And, it does not come completely assembled. The glass lenses in the sides and corners are not installed. You have to do that yourself and there are no instructions and it is not easy. Overall I would not buy it again.

Poor Quality!!

Very poor quality for the price. I should have sent these back but I was tired of searching for just the right fixture. These are made from cast aluminum and you can see we're the casting was poured. They didn't do much clean up before they painted them and sent them out. I had to file many spots to get the glass to fit and I had to customize every clip that holds the glass in place. Poor poor quality!

Great looking fixtures

Great looking fixtures bigger than most. Wish the glass set in a bit more sturdy, seems a bit loose.

Love our new lights!!

We absolutely love our lights! We have them on the sides of the front door and they are just perfect! I was nervous with the mixed reviews, but my husband had them installed quickly and we just really love them. We went with the larger size and I'm so glad we did because it's the perfect size for the front doorway! Don't hesitate if you like the design!

Horrible product. I would not recommend this light at ...

Horrible product. I would not recommend this light at all. Due to poor quality, when hung the back plate and light glass fixture were askew. It was impossible to have both the back plate and glass fixture level. I really like the look of it but poor quality.

Defective

Cute light, but glass panes are over 1/4" too short, not only leaving a gap but cannot be secured into place with the 'holding screw.' Regret buying it.
