Excelentes herramientas

Ha sido de gran utilidad, aunque es un poco pesada para su tamaño ha resultado perfecta para usarse, es muy resistente y sus materiales son de excelente calidad

Replacement wrench

I bought this since the original one I had was part of the Craftsman socket set I bought at Lowe’s and my local store didn’t have a replacement one. Here’s the explanation After a few uses ( less than 10 I guesstimate) it locked up- couldn’t spin it, change ratchet direction. I looked at my local store and they didn’t have one to replace it to match my original ( but had one they could sell me for much more than the guaranteed free replacement). So went looking here, found it. Works ok— so far. Hoping it lasts longer. Stay tuned….

Craftsman is still a high quality option

I bought this ratchet when a cheap ratchet from a Harbor Freight tool set stopped ratcheting in the middle of a car repair, which was annoying. The sockets from are still in use, and the quality of the sockets is acceptable. I agree with the reviewers that the Craftsman tools I bought years ago still work well. Many of the things I bought from Harbor Freight are of decent quality and last reasonably long.

I don't want to admit it, but real Craftsman tools are gone. This looks great, feels good in the hand, but there is something fundamentally wrong with the ratcheting mechanism. I may have used this 6 times, all light work. 2/6 times the ratchet has locked up in one direction, and the direction change lever can't be moved. The mechanism is serviceable, via two small cap screws in the face plate, but I shouldn't have to service my ratchet every 3rd use. It's going to make a pretty fancy breaker bar in my tool box. Don't waste your money. I will look elsewhere from now on. EDIT: 11/08/19; called Craftsman Customer Support this afternoon. They are sending me another wrench at no charge, and don't even want the original one back. One of the easiest replacement procedures I've ever seen. Minus the 15m on hold over the phone. I wish the original wrench hadn't broken, but at least they are standing by their product. Hopefully the 2nd one does better than the original. Upgraded from 1 star to 4 stars.

Might as well buy a wrench

I bought this ratchet to replace the old style craftsman ratchet after having it for about 6 years using it every day, I've had this less than a month and the gear has stuck on me twice rendering it useless as a ratchet, as well as skipping and jumping from forward to reverse while ratcheting. I depend on my tools to work and this simply doesn't.

The tighten /loosen slector is siezed. And it ni longer ratchets.

Ive had this product for a little over a month. And last week i noticed that it would not ratchet. And yesterday i can no longer change the direction i want to go .

La matraca se trabo a menos de dos meses de haberla comprado. No la recomiendo en absoluto.
