Great grill for the price
The assembly instructions were easy to follow. I have only used it once since assembly and am very satisfied. Heats up quickly and cooks evenly. I would suggest to anyone to use a #2 and #3 Phillips magnetic screwdriver to ease assembly.

Great Grill
Perfect grill for small space

Very solid for the price, easiest assembly ever
I was stunned by how easy & straightforward this was to assemble. It took me only about 90 mins, and that much time was only because I was being uber-cautious since I had never assembled a gas grill before. The instructions were almost entirely drawings- very few written words - but they were amazingly clear and precise. The best part was how they packed the nuts & bolts & screws & such; they were all blister-wrapped into sections onto a single piece of cardboard, the back side of which was printed with notes as to which section of the assembly each cluster of parts pertained. So clever! Why don't ALL manufacturers do this?! I have assembled an awful lot of DIY things in my life, some of them fairly easy, others inscrutably & devilishly IKEA-like. But this was actually a pleasure and a joy to build. It is a very solid grill for the price. I was concerned, because I was seriously "downsizing" from a fabulous workhorse Vermont Castings 3-burner (that cost me $398 way back in 2005!), that just could no longer be salvaged and repaired. I didn't want a flimsy or shoddy grill, but just wasn't willing to pay Weber prices....especially these days. It lights easily and gets to temp extremely rapidly compared to my old grill. I rubbed the grates with a little canola oil before first use. (But a day before that, i had done the "burn-in" at high heat for about 15 mins to get rid of all the manufacturing oils and such - whew that was smelly & smoky. You absolutely don't want to skip that step before you cook on a new grill.) The only downside is finding a good-quality grill cover that fits... this grill is very deep, even deeper than my old, larger grill. From handle to rear it is 25" deep but most covers are only 22" deep. So I will just have to keep the side tables folded down so that a decent cover can fit ...But then, that is another plus of this grill: those tables fold down easily. Meanwhile I am just using my existing (too-large) grill cover for now because it is still in great shape. (Word: Do not scrimp on grill covers! Get a good quality one, and it will last at least 2-3 years...or even longer if you patch any little holes on the underside with Gorilla tape ????) Very, very pleased with this purchase and the build quality of this grill.

Good buy minus 1 screw
My neighbor has this bbq & shares mains such as tri tip & chicken breast. He's never brought over a dry dish yet. He bought his assembled for $100 cheaper in store. I couldn't find that deal so I paid full price here. Assembly was easy enough that I (a woman) could have done it myself with a Phillips screwdriver but my husband was so sweet & with my "help" (I read the directions), he assembled the bbq largely by himself. One part in the directions notes it takes 2 people. That's inaccurate as the average single person could have lifted the top piece onto the bottom. It only took 4 screws to hold that part on & it lined up without problems. The package of pre-packaged screws was missing one & the screws are coated black so using a silver one wasn't an ideal option. I colored the top of a screw I had on hard with a black sharpie but have a feeling it won't last & truly, the crew wasn't an ideal fit. I have grilled a baguette on the top rack with success. I grilled 2 medium Papa Murphy's pizzas & they came out amazing! Very tasty, but BE SURE TO PRE-HEAT ON HIGH to burn off any oils on the grill. My grill smoked pretty considerably & had I not burned the oils off first, that could have been cooked into my pizza. I grilled 6 standard size very thin cut chicken breasts & though they tend to come out somewhat dry cooked stove top, they were moist & full of flavor cooked on the grill. I haven't done veggies yet & I think a veggie basket may be a good option to prevent them from falling through the grate. The bbq seems to read temperature accurately & holds it pretty well even after open/closing & the lid is easy enough to open even for we who are short. I do recommend standing to the side if you're short so you don't risk burning your arm or hair. The bbq seems pretty well made & is an inexpensive option to other models at different price points. It certainly dose the job & looks nice but it isn't he top of the line. It serves its purpose & does a great job. It has the ability to grill up to 16 burgers at one time though honestly, I wouldn't cram that many on there as I don't believe they would cook evenly. It's just the two of us at home so this product suites our needs. We could easily accommodate grilling for guests up to 2 additional couples & cook at least the meat all at one time. Beyond that, meat would need to be cooked in batches so to speak. I think this was a good purchase & aside from the missing screw, all of the parts were included, the directions were mostly clear, & it was easy enough to assemble using a handheld Phillips screwdriver. I would buy again though when this grill becomes outdated, I'll be on the hunt for a bbq made with heavier gauge material.

Not that easy
This is an excellent well-designed grille. However, I though the assembly would be easy after reading another review ("Took me 20 minutes!"). It wasn't! Took me at least 2 hours with help. The screws, nuts, bolts, and washers (etc.) come in a blister pack that is labeled on the back, but same pieces aren't all together, so you may think there are screws missing. And there are no spares, so don't drop and lose anything... the wife had to make a quick trip to the hardware store. Also, the pictures of assembly don't answer any questions like: Which way does the battery go in? It starts with assembly of the wheel bumpers, which use tiny screws that are tough to align and screw in, and they are at an angle, so the screwdriver isn't at the best position.. The lower door screws for the hinges are also hard to align and install, and then the screw heads wanted to strip because they fit very tightly. Thankfully I was able to use a flat-blade screwdriver to get them all the way in. Final product? Excellent.

Great little barbecue
I'm extremely happy with the performance of this barbecue. It lights easily (the best I've ever had), the tank is easily accessed to turn on and off, and the barbecue heats up quickly and is hot enough to sear meat well. The barbecue feels sturdy and can be moved to a different location with little effort if needed. At this point (I've only been using it about a month), I have no hesitation in recommending it to potential buyers.

Quality Compact BBQ
Assembly: Easier than IKEA. Only one screw had any real difficulty going in. Use: Its a standard propane grill, so no surprises. Cast iron porcelain grates are great. The grilling area is deeper than it is wide, sometimes it gets cramped. Design: Seems well-constructed and is pretty sturdy. Caster wheels let me roll it around my balcony easily. Folding side shelves are great for space saving too. Overall I’d recommend this to anybody who wants a quality, simple BBQ for a small space.

Very happy with purchase
This seems to be a great little bbq. Heats up quickly. Cooks nice and even. Has a small footprint with the sides folded down. Very pleased with my purchase as we don’t need a large cooking area. No problems with assembly. Instructions are clear. Should be efficient on propane too.
