Thin

This shirt was returned due to the material being quite thin. It would be too hot with an under shirt to make up for the thinness, so it had to go back.

Nice basic shirt...

This is a great basic shirt that could go well with a variety of outfit needs, even if one of my children said it's not his color. (He prefers colors to this white.) It seems like a good quality. As expected, the white is a bit see through, but it's not a thin material. It's the type that gets softer with washing. It starts out on the stiff side. My two oldest boys are in between sizes. Size 8 is usually too small, while 10/12 is usually a little big. As expected, this shirt is a bit big on them, so I'd say it fits true to size. If you're looking for a basic white dress shirt, this is a good option.

Nice quality and fit

This is a very nice dress shirt for my son. He looks so big and handsome when he wears it. The material is quite nice, thicker than I was expecting. It felt pretty stiff out of the packaging, but after a couple of washes it is softer and more comfortable. It went through the wash with no problems. The color is a nice shade of blue and came as expected. The buttons are pretty standard and are sewn securely. As far as sizing goes, it fits him how we were expecting. Overall we are happy with this shirt. It will be great for family pictures and special events where he needs to dress up a little. For this type of shirt, it is still pretty comfortable for him to wear and move around in. I am happy with the quality and think this will last him, I don’t see it wearing out quickly and expect that he could pass this down to his little brother with it still looking nice. looks great, runs a little small

This is an excellent shirt, I'd go a size up if you kids is an average size though. The size 10 fits my tall-ish six old with only looking a little baggy. I'd feel like this will fit him fine when he's eight years old. It really is a beautiful plain white shirt. It looks good and the stitching is immaculate.

A Classic, Well-Made

I've always felt that there is really nothing more classic than a guy -young or old - in a pair of good jeans and a crisp white shirt. This shirt is perfect for that. Sure, it's designed for dressy, what with the buttons on the collar and all. We're more casual around here. Whatever your need, however, this is a well-made shirt. All of the seams are perfect and tight. The fabric is not what I'd describe as soft, but it feels like it will last. More importantly, it feels like it will hold up to bleaching, essential for any white garment I plan to put my son in.
