Product Sizing!!

This particular jockstrap was for the money excellent value but did fall down mainly in the area of "Sizing" We never used to have this problem years ago when I was growing up (we didn't buy things made in Asia then) & I've duly noted that this problem appears to be associated mainly when items or products are manufactured more or less in Asian countries!! Nothing wrong with the people themselves but they need to get their act together as regards to sizing!! When you look at the people from those countries & I'm referring to the males only here & by comparison with males from Western countries, Asian adult males generally speaking have bodies that more or less look like our 15 year olds!! It's a simple matter, when manufacturing for the Western world, just make the item bigger instead of basing it on mere Asian sizes!! Doesn't take rocket science but it does take common sense which is a commodity not exactly in abundance these days!! Overall a reasonable product indeed!!

A Classic Supporter Returns

I am a very active sportsman and have been distressed at the demise of the traditional athletic supporter. The modern sports briefs and the plastic polyester versions of the traditional jock don't have the proper proportion of support and give that the traditional supporters have. Champion made, for many years, the best fit in the waist with wide leg straps that didn't bind or ride up. The pouch was made of material that supported, yet was woven and ventilated properly. Wearing a Champion didn't make one feel they were advertising a brand, as the logo was discreet. And they lasted. The only other brand that came close was Protex, from Canada, and they are no longer manufacturing their traditional brand jockstrap. There is one other Champion Sports Supporter which is also excellent ] and runs a close second to this. This supporter is from overseas and follows the Champion style perfectly, although I think perhaps not still associated with the well known Champion Brand. Fellows, this is as close as you can get to what us old fellows grew up with. Excellent fit and quality.

Does the job

I hadn't worn an atheletic supporter since high school, but decided it was time to wear them while I work out. I have a problem with my tighty whiteys creeping up, and these don't. The pouch is just big enough for me. However, the waist is very snug. My waist is between 34 and 36 inches. The jock is XL, and says its for 44 to 50 inch waists. Who are they kidding. It would strangle someone with that size of waist. In fact, if I don't lose much weight/inches before I need new jocks, I'll order a size up (XXL). I wash on perma-press or delicate, and dry on low, and they seem to hold up OK in the laundry.

Just a bit tight but good.

received this item yesterday and it is not the best made but will work. had to stretch out the waist so it was not cutting in to me. if you order go a little bigger so it will fit better. the pouch was soft softer then i thought it was going to be. there seems to be room in the pouch but not so much that is squishes. i would buy again for the price but just go up a size.

No actual pouch and no cup.better off using regular underwear.Seriously

Item came and was believed it would have a cup which I guess could be my problem but picture a cup is clearly displayed so anyone looking for this type of supporter knows what it's used for some I believe ad was misleading.After opening package I find that there is no pouch.The picture shows a cup in supporter with buttons or whatever which obviously aren't necessary if snug in there but there is no either back or front to pouch unless use the cup pressed up to bare skin,even then it's not secure and previous experience in sports and being a male two things I know is you can really be hurt if hit in area and two pads n cup shift around in contact sports.So I believe item should be taken down and notified amazon especially since this order was fulfilled through them.Stick to sports store your child or husband or yourself will really thank you for protecting their jewels and not buying this product

Jockstrap for ice hockey games.

Bought this jock to use for my ice hockey games. So far it's stand up to some hard use, which I can't say about most other jockstraps I have used. I bought a men's large, and it's a little small. My waist is 30" and I don't consider that a large. Next time I will buy and XL, just to be sure the waist band isn't so binding.

Pouch ripped away

It looks cool, but it runs small and doesn’t stretch. When I put mine on and then tried to stretch the pouch ripped away from the waistband (not even joking) I was left standing there in just a waistband while the pouch dangled below. Stiff fabric. No stretch & runs small.

Buy a size bigger than your size

Tight that I know I'm wearing it. Uncomfortable wearing to & from and working out at the gym. Feels awesome riding my dirtbike and mtn bike.

Ahhhh. The comfort of 92% soft cotton with the snugging power of 8% spandex. They even fit to North American sizes, a nice surprise. I'm getting more of these. It's gonna be a hot summer I believe.

Athletic Supporters

They are not worth the money that was spent on them. They are poorly designed. They are too long in the rise or cup, and they are not anatomically correct unless you are a sumo wrestler. VIC Supporters are a much better fit.
