Amazing product & even better customer service!
First of all, this product has been great for my 2 year old daughter. I’ve used it when she was a baby & now at 2 years old. It smells great, makes her hair & skin so soft & doesn’t cause any irritation. Our last order arrived & the bottle had leaked. I contacted the manufacturer & they responded within less than 24 hrs & are sending a coupon for replacement (a coupon that will cover the cost of 2 bottles when only 1/4 of the bottle leaked). Not only that, but the questions they asked over the phone proved to me that they are very serious about the quality of their product. That speaks volumes to me, especially as a parent.

Our #1 Soap for My Son
We have been using this soap on my son who has had severe eczema ever since he was a newborn and he is now 2 and a half years old. This soap is the ONLY soap we have used so far that does not cause his skin to be irritated and actually cleared his cradle cap as a newborn. We love this soap so much that we have it on subscribe and save and refuse to use any other soap on my son. If you’re contemplating on whether you should buy this soap, just buy it!!! You won’t regret it one bit.

This is a really high-quality shampoo. The smell is really nice and you don’t have to use much to create the form. We constantly order this product they told me use.

NOT FRAGRANCE FREE
I haven’t yet tried the shampoo (I will update when I do), but I was shocked to find it contained fragrance. WHY MUST WE ADD UNNECESSARY SCENTS TO PRODUCTS THAT DON’T NEED THEM. I ordered this for sensitive skin and, while I’m still willing to give it a try based on the thousands of reviews, I’m nervous now it will be another waste of time/money. Any product geared towards sensitive skin should not contain fragrance as they are known to be an irritant. Makes no sense to me.

When i bathe my son with this he smells sooooo good its doesn't irritate his skin and it just puts him to bed instantly after i take him from the bath. Best purchase of 2023 so far.

My baby developed an allergic reaction to this.
My baby developed an allergic reaction- with Hives like redness and spots- to this product on both the whole of the abdomen and the back. I didn't expect this with Cetaphil baby as she was already using the Cetaphil cleanser before.

Better than any other baby shampoos
After using many different shampoos for my baby , I bought this one and there is a huge difference with the rest - it's just the best. The shampoo smells amazing and leaves my baby's skin soft and moisturised. Hopefully this review was Helpful for you.

Good but too expensive !
Good product however the price has doubled I have never seen a baby wash so expensive. Please answer why has the price gone up ? It's crippling and cruel.

Fantastic
Fantastic product. Leaves my baby’s skin very soft. It also helped cleared his rashes in 2 days. Saw significant improvement as regards my baby’s dry skin after on use. Also helped with dry scalp as well. Though expensive but will definitely buy again and again.
