Works for sure

I have lots of pain in my right arm from the over use of it, due to my job. I’m constantly lifting 50-100 plus lbs all day, five days a week, so recovery time is not a thing. This sleeve has helped reduce the pain & inflammation by a lot and has also helped reduce how much ibuprofen I consume on a weekly basis. I wear it about 10-12 hrs every day and the days I’m off I even wear it .. to help with what little recovery time I do get . The comfort level is great, the menthol smell isn’t overwhelming. I got the S/M and it fits perfectly, I’m a fit 160 lb woman with mini hulk arms lol Definitely recommend & it doesn’t slide down or around- stays in play. It will stick to Velcro- so if your wearing that, be ready for your arm to stick lol

I have been wearing the copper sleeves. They worked but I needed more support. I am very happy with added support and warmth from the product. I will be buying another.

Pro tip, the compression sleeve runs big. If you have a elbow of 12in or less go with S/M

Scritto da: Product us not like other sleeves. It is opening both ends the same size . So when on the upper arm us compressed but at the forearm it floats and there is no compression ... a bit disappointing

Not a true compression fit

When applied it gives proper compression at the upper arm and at the elbow but does not at the forearm , it just floats , disappointing

I have tennis elbow and I use this and it works well. I have no pain when I workout my triceps. I reccomend this product.

Really great product

I loved this compression sleeve! I had a different one that I was using at home but I wanted one to be at work and one to be at home. I used it every day at work while we were doing remote learning to help support a pinched nerve in my elbow. It fit wonderfully. The menthol infusion both smelled good and seemed to help my elbow, although it could have been a placebo effect. In fact, it was so good that I decided I'd rather bring this one back and forth instead of use the one I had kept at home. Unfortunately, after only a couple of weeks, I lost it out of my backpack on the way home... the price has since gone up and I refuse to spend even more money on something I already bought.

Coolness needed - check

The coolness effect is instantly gratifying but it fits very snug so be sure to order the right size. Do not sleep with on it will cut off your circulation somewhat.

Wouldn't recommend.

Maybe they're all made like this but it's not really shaped for the arm - it is basically just a 'cylinder' which results in it being very tight on the upper arm and loose on the forearm.
