Works like it should
This unrolls and tears off easily; the paper itself is strong. It is a little too narrow to fit across the length of a half-sheet baking pan (see photos), so it would need to be rolled out across the length, which gives you a fair amount of paper up on the long sides. I like using parchment, rather than foil, when I roast vegetables in the oven or air fryer (I have one of those that look like a toaster oven). It worked like a charm in my air fryer and did not set alight even at maximum temperature. Apart from making clean-up easier, it also allows you to quickly remove food from the hot pan (toasted nuts come to mind). I also cut the paper to line just the bottoms of my cake tins and bread pans. Generally, I prefer unbleached parchment, but this is very well-priced, and I go through parchment paper quickly.

Performs well but is hard to tear
No major issues with this parchment paper. It performs well and is durable. It’s easy to work with and lays in my pans nicely. Feels thick and does not burn easily. Only complaint is that it’s a little hard to tear off cleanly. The box is too frail, and it’s kind of a pain. But overall an pleased with the paper itself.

Seems Same As the Name Brand. But The Box Needs Improvement
I used the Amazon parchment paper along with the national brand and could tell no difference. If they were made at the same place I would not be surprised. The thing that makes it less good, however, is the box. It's really flimsy and that makes the paper hard to dispense. To make matters worse it was mailed in just a sorta padded envelope and one end was crushed on arrival. I fixed it with tape but it's a bit of a hassle get the paper out. Made more annoying because a roll like this will last me half a year or more.

Parchment paper good, box bad!
I like this parchment paper. It's a bit waxier and slicker than the brand I usually use. This particular one is shorter also. It works great everything is non slick. What I don't like is the box. It's a nightmare trying to rip the he parchment paper out to use. Other than that quality is great.

Sturdy and doesn't burn easily
I usually use Reynold's parchment paper because I like that they're precut. The quality of this Amazon-brand parchment paper is pretty comparable. It held up in the oven in 450 degree heat without burning and is not too thin either. My other complaint is that I wish it came precut as well to reduce waste as I find it difficult to tear it out of the box sometimes.

Sturdy
The Amazon Basics parchment paper is a solid performing parchment paper. It is sturdy enough to be able to use under a loaf of bread in a dutch oven and support the weight of the bread. There are two minor reasons which prevent it from having the highest rating. First, the paper has too smooth a feel to it. I like my parchment paper to have just a little more of a paper texture than feel like waxed paper to prevent excessive spreading of a wet dough while baking. Secondly, the roll is very small and it would be more economical and less packaging waste to produce larger rolls. Overall, the product works as intended and I wouldn’t hesitate to use it for my baking needs. Recommend!!

Too permeable
I love using parchment paper when baking cookies because it makes cleanup trivial. I just take off the paper and throw it away, then put the baking sheets back where they belong, no washing needed. Unfortunately, this parchment paper seems to be a lot more permeable and doesn't work that way. In the photo, the Amazon paper is on the left and another name brand is on the right. The same cookie dough was used on each. Nothing bled through the one on the right, and my baking sheet had zero mess to clean up. The Amazon paper allowed the oil from the butter to bleed through and get on the pan, necessitating a wash after I was done. If that's not something you care about, then other wise it worked fine. Nothing stuck to it and it was as easy to use as any other. This review was for "Amazon Basics Parchment Paper, 90 Sq Ft"
