Slightly large on my average size guy

Holding up well about a month in! My guy has it on for turnout daily since he’s boarded with 30 other horses. Slightly large for him, he’s about 1100lbs and considered average size

Looks Nice - OK Halter

The halter is not trying to be heavy duty. It is quite light, a tight fit for stock type horses with substantial heads / jowls. My paint guy is on the last hole. The breakaway works as advertised lol. I confirmed that, the first time my horse stood on his lead rope while grazing wearing it. It broke away beautifully :-). I bought some replacement breakaway straps - now we are set!

Well made but too heavy for my purpose

I returned this halter. I work primarily at Liberty w/my Arab gelding. I use a yacht rope halter as needed. However I wanted a padded halter to use occasionally to test that my horse was working willingly when in halter. Weaver is a high quality company but this halter tho’ very well made had heavier brass rings that I felt made the halter too heavy. Not a negative for the halter, just for my need.

Padding is great for my horse

The padded crown and nose and are great, and don’t create rubs. The halter is very durable and washable. My only complaint is the Chicago screw which holds the leather breakaway strap together had to be tightened with a screwdriver about 3 weeks after I got it, but it seems fine now. The overall color scheme is perfect and exactly what I wanted.

A little snug!

Great quality for a great price. The only advice I would give is if you have a horse with a big head like my OTTB, it is a little snug even having it on the last hole. There is not much room to add an additional hole. However, it still fits him so to me it’s still a win!

Lovely red colour and quality

The quality seems quite nice, I love the vibrant red and the padded parts for the horse's comfort. The safety part is great, and I purchased the replacement parts with Chicago screws just in case. Seems like a great halter for the price. Doesn't run too large either, I think it will fit most horses, especially with the two ajustable zone. My horse is 14 hands and it fits him fine.

Great quality. Looks sharp

Fits my horse nicely. Each buckle is on its last hole but i haven’t played around with it too much yet. Very nice quality. Nice buckles and clasp. I think it looks really sharp.
