ok for light use

I'm an adult male using these in a moderately hard workout. The problem I faced was that the velcro strap only overlapped about an inch, maybe a little more. In use, as pressure increases, occasionally the strap comes loose. If it were a double ring, it wouldn't be a problem but as a single the cuff flies off. I replaced them with "SUPRBIRD Fitness Ankle Straps Cable Machines(2Pcs) - Adjustable Neoprene Padded Ankle Straps, Glute & Leg Workouts Women & Men" which I love - double ring, longer, more comfortable.

Works great, velcro holds

I bought these for use at home, but when the ankle collars in my gym kept popping off (dangerously, I might say) I brought them in for everyone to use. Besides, working out at home takes more discipline than going to the gym. I fully expect these to last under heavy use, based on my experience.

Provides convenience for leg exercises!

Love having a set of these for home and for the gym. This is much easier to use-just wrap one around each ankle and you are ready to do leg exercises from a cable at the gym or from a band at home. For home use, I place a clip to a band attached to a pole or stable object and I can easily do hamstring exercises and abductor, adductor exercises.

It is comfortable. However

It's extremely short. I can barely get it around my ankle; I can get only maybe one inch of velcro to match up. As it's held closed only by the velcro, I can hear it trying to pop loose when I put any kind of load on it at all. It is comfortable. However, I don't think the velcro will last too long before the strap becomes useless. I would not buy this product again.

Works perfectly if used right

Works great. I think the people saying it is too small are using it wrong. It's easy to look at the strap and think you have to slide your foot into the gap between the velcro and the padding. That's the wrong way to use it. The strap has to be wrapped around the ankle, then secured with the Velcro through the metal loop. Great deal at less than $6!

Threw them away - trash - don't waste your money

If I could give a ZERO I would. My daughter bought these without reading the reviews - she used her money - some lessons kids have to learn on their own. I bet that is the last time she every buys anything on Amazon without reading the reviews first. She has small ankles and these barely fit, left almost no strap left for the velcro. The velcro does not hold - very cheaply made. Not sure what else to say other than a total waste of money. I ended up buying her the IPR Fitness ankle straps and they are 1000x better.

Good Quality

I like this item, but I don't see how someone with a large foot could use it. I wear a size 6.5 in women's and still have a little trouble getting over my foot to my ankle.

Pasable

Es un poco flojo, temo que en algún momento se suelte, pero con poco peso funciona hasta el momento. Si piensan utilizarlo para jalar mucho peso, no se los recomiendo. Es además para un tobillo más bien delgado, no recomendable si tienes mucho volumen . Buena relación calidad/precio.
