I first became aware of Stance socks when my friend who works for the L.A. Lakers gave me a pair about 5 years ago; apparently they had some endorsement deal with either the Lakers, a player on the Lakers, or the NBA or something like that. Anyway, they were athletic socks and were of such high quality, that I wanted to try a crew pair. Most decent everyday socks that I had worn up to that point would last a year, maybe two. I was hoping these would last longer and they did! The first 4 pair I bought in 2018 lasted nearly 5 years and even then, it is only very small holes due to one toe nail that is vicious to socks. ???? These are their replacements - hope they last as long. Will update if anything changes.

New to Stance
After a couple of friends recommended these socks I decided to try them out. They got extremely well but being a size 13 that likes a little taller sock, XL sizing is limited. If you find them scoop them up. The delivery had about a week and a half delay but the product is very nice.

Poor durability
I received 3 pairs on 12/1/22 and 2 socks now have holes. I didn’t wear them often but occasionally for playing golf when wearing black. Pretty ridiculous to wear out that quickly.

The socks are great. That Amazon delivered them to a different address than our own, were opened, and then sheepishly given to us by a neighbour, kinda ruined the surprise purchase for my son.

Great socks, but "Dark Navy"? - they're effectively Black!
I love the quality of Stance socks, so I ordered these to replace my blue socks which were wearing out. The colour was supposed to be "Dark Navy", but they are SO dark it's almost impossible to distinguish them from black - even if you hold them up against something truly black, you can only just barely detect the difference. In the picture on amazon they look navy, but the real thing just looks black! I'll keep them, but I'm a bit puzzled why this "colour" is even in the range!
