Great socks

I wear size 14 (and sometimes 15) and these socks work well. Nice snug fit and stayed in place all day. I won't hesitate to buy these again when the need arises. You may want to know that I'm 6' tall and these come up over my calf, but do not extend past my knee

Have had Wrangler boot socks in the past. Comfortable, keeps their fit and durable.

Fantastic Riding Socks

I'll add pictures to this review later. The sticker that Wrangler put on the socks actually damages them when you pull it off. It pulls out and actually breaks some of the little elastic threads. So a couple of the socks will look a bit... scruffy(?) in places from pulling off the sticker. The sizing is correct; my feet are a 12EEEE, so I usually end up in a 13 "wide" (EE) and the Large size of these socks is perfect, toe to heel. That said, these are the best riding socks I've ever had for the following reasons: - They come to the bottom of my patella, so are a few inches taller than my Forma Adventure riding boots (phenomenal boots BTW). - They are well padded without being overly hot. They will be decently warm for winter riding, but I've been wearing them on every ride since they were delivered on 8/11... in GA. I've warn these in my waterproof riding boots on a 92° GA-HUMID day, multiple times actually and have no complaints. - They are tight enough for mild compression without being impossible to put on. Think, they will stay up, but don't require tools and two friends to help get them on your feet. Slide them on and up, that's where they stay. - They dry more quickly than you would think, when you have to dab a foot a bit too deep crossing a river.

Soft and comfortable

These are great for boots. They are soft, and comfortable, and they stay up! It was a great purchase.

Nice tough socks

Seem like they are built to last without being too thick and bulky. Wish they were just a little longer to fully go over the calf but so far they are staying up.

I read many reviews and I couldn't believe the passion of some people over a simple pair of socks. Who would have thought a garment for your feet could be so important to some people? Well, after years of going from sock to sock, I finally get it. I teach adventure motorcycling and lead tours in the Southwestern US, where it gets HOT. Most of the wicking socks I've bought are still soaking wet at the end of the day, as well as hermetically sealed to my lower legs with sweat! My first reaction when opening the box was 'uh oh, these seem kind of thick, like winter socks.' I stand corrected after wearing them all day in the Mojave Desert. They are extremely comfortable, they fit perfectly, and at the end of the day, they have proven themselves to wick away the moisture from your skin and let it reside in the "thickness" of the sock without feeling heavy. It's a bit hard to describe why I love these socks so much. Maybe it's the manufacturing quality, the fit and the performance, or the fact that they're made in the USA. Like the other passionate reviewers, I am very happy with this sock and will be buying more very soon. I am a conserving kinda guy by nature, and I do have some name-brand (pricey) socks that have developed holes over the big toe, likely from rubbing over years of use. I will happily change my habits and toss those out after I replace them with another package of Wrangler Ultra-dry socks! These socks are legit. Try them out!

Somewhere along the line, some significant size differences appeared among the Size Large socks.

While these are "Latex Free", and packaged 3 pairs to a bundle, somewhere along the line the length/size of the sock changed. It seems some "Medium" pairs were mislabeled as "Large" (Interesting because "Medium" has not been an option any time I ordered these; and I do not want "medium", and each time I verified that I ordered them as "Large".), and had not realized it until I laid out socks for the photo. I realize product specifications can change without notice, but something like this should be updated quickly. And with the latest price jump, I will be searching other brands again.

Mandatory for anyone with tall boots.

Great fit and thin enough to make entry easier into any tight fitting boots. Seamless design makes for the ultimate in comfort. Decent elastic ensures they stay up. No tall cowboy boots should be worn without these socks.

Best work socks ever

Best socks I have found for work boots. They are really high socks which is nice for steel nose rubber boots! Also very durable!
