Not non-binding

These socks are too tight at the top, mainly because they are taller than others I have ordered that were described the as non-binding and fit fine. Consequently, the elastic really bites into my leg. Other customers have noted this as well.

So comfortable and thin

I was looking for the perfect thin cotton socks that didn’t have binding tops to make indents on my calves. These are great! And the gold reinforced toe is a definite plus.I have two older gold toe pairs similar to these that are still wearing well. And that’s saying something because I tend to get holes in everything.

Dressy socks

Gold Toe makes great socks. This particular style was dressier than expected and a bit "slippery" in my shoes, so I ordered the Bermuda turn-cuff, which are casual socks and gave this pair away.

The socks fit a little large around my feet, which I like as my toes don't get jammed up. But they are a little to tight around my ankles which makes my feet swell up.

Very lightweight

These socks are soft to the touch as the description indicates. However, they are also lightweight and thin, and they started to pull after the first wash. I was looking for something warmer & more substantial like the Gold Toe socks I already have. These do not appear to be of the same quality I associate with Gold Toe.

Thin

I was looking for a thicker sock. I didn't realize these are more like dress socks so I had to return them. They were not advertised incorrectly, I just didn't understand that they were a think sock. I have some other Gold Toe ribbed cotton socks and I thought that was what I was purchasing.

Okay, but..

These are lightweight but the ankle portion is tiny, is a bit difficult to get on, and hugs my calf more tightly than I prefer. Will not buy again.

Goldtoes!

Pretty much what I expected. Wish Goldtoes would sell similar style socks with higher cotton content...like 98%? 99%? or 100%! Couldn't find them, so I settled for the ones I bought.
