Too small up top!
I liked it a lot but it was too small up top and too long at the bottom. I'm very petite but large up top so it was very cute but it was sheer so you have to wear something underneath.

Great Costume
Very pleased with the costume. The crown is a bit big but its easy to make smaller by shortening the elastic.

Great for a Renaissance festival
Bought this for a Ren Fest in Texas in May ( so weather was in the 80s). For the price (cheap - $34ish dollars), it was just what i was looking for. You can tell the stitching is not great, the material is thin, but again - for only wearing it 1-2 times a year AT MOST, I found it to be just what I needed. B/c the material is thin, if you are going to a colder climate, i would recommend wearing a petticoat or slip or spaghetti strap underneath it for layers. As other people wrote in, the arm bands on the arms are a big snug. I have small arms and so it fit me fine, but i can see it being uncomfortable for others. The dress is a little low cut, so depending on how the top hits you, you might need to wear a spaghetti strap underneath. For scale / sizing, here are my dimensions, and the small fit me perfectly: 5'5", 135 lbs, size C/D on top. I am "curvy", so small waist but bigger in the bum and the boobs. The dress did drag the floor a little bit ( i wore flats with it), but i really liked that it did that because it looked more RenFest-like. I handwashed the dress in the sink when i got home and let it air dry. I was scared to put it in the washer for fear it would get torn apart (again, back to this being a cheaper-leaning costume). Oh - and it comes with a crown! Of note, one of the jewels on the crown came off when i took it out of the package (again, cheap), but i just got some super glue and re-glued all the gems (took < 2 minutes to do this) to make sure they wouldn't fall out on the day of (they all stayed in). The dress was a hit with my friends, and i look forward to wearing it again for a halloween party or at the renfest next year!

Feeling Like Royalty
Loved the dress! It was perfect for my Bridgerton Event. My only complaint was the gold band on the arms was too tight. When I cut it off, and still wore the sleeves with gloves it was perfect. #budgetinfluencer #simoneonthescene

Sizing and Quality
Before I purchased this item I read many of the reviews. I would agree with the overall comments. First, it's not expensive and therefore don't expect wonderful fabric or finishes; however, it will be fine for one Camelot themed dinner. I ordered the Extra Small as I am 5'2" and 110#. The arms fit fine for me; however, my arms are small and I could see how it might be snug on others. The bodice does have too much in the top (as noted in the many reviews) and basically bags out and down. I simply did a little tucking on each side (in the ribbon) and hand-stitched and it is perfect. No need for any special undergarments. Once it's ironed it looks fine. The color is more teal and not a sky blue or baby blue. I found complementary jewelry on Amazon too that is the same gold. It too, was inexpensive. I think about $16. All in all, it will look just fine. The price is right!!

A word of advice
This costume has a very weird fit... Particularly around the bust area. I ordered a small (I am a 32 D) and the bust is just incredibly loose...like, INCREDIBLY LOOSE. I bought this costume for its assumed modesty and it's disappointing that it requires at least a 36DD to fill the bust. However, the waist and below fit like a true small. The length is a little short, which I prefer because I'm only 5'1 so it works for me. It's about 3 inches longer than my feet. The bands around the arm are SUPER tight...uncomfortably tight but the sleeves themselves are an appropriate length for a size small. After some alterations, I think this will be a pretty cool dress but I'm disappointed in the disproportionate sizing throughout the dress. It's under $40 so I think it's fine for the cost but I definitely wouldn't pay more if the price goes up closer to Halloween...It's not worth the risk. I can't imagine anyone being able to just put on this dress and it fitting perfectly- you'd have to have a 34" waist or under and 36DD to fill the bust with skinny arms, all while being about 5'2 for this dress to just fit well out of the box. I do like the dress but there are unfortunate draw backs. I thought I'd offer them so you can decide if it's worth it. I decided to keep it but to make some simple alterations. ***Update: If I were you, I wouldn't order this costume. I tried it on twice, the first time I noticed some rips in the arm and thought I'd be able to make some minor alterations in addition to the bust. However, when I was inspecting the dress to sew the holes it came with, I noticed there were several throughout the whole garment (near the bust, on the other sleeve, down the back, almost anywhere there was a seam). This material is just too cheap and I put it up to a light and saw that the other seams were really on their last leg, too. This was cheaply made and just isn't worth the small price it costs in the first place. You'd have to pretty much remake the costume. That's my experience anyway.

Arms run very small
Usually a medium but after reading reviews about the arms being tight, ordered up to a large and even then, the arms were painfully tight while the rest of the dress was of course big. The front did cling more than I expected and was slightly see through so made it important to note what color and type under garments to consider. For the money, the quality is good. California Costumes have always been a solid purchase and this was in line with the usual quality and experience aside from the fit of the arms.

Pretty but need to be gentle
The costume was pretty but poorly sewn together. It had 3 rips at at the seems when we got it. We had to sew it ourselves. Size small was a good length for my 13 year old 5ft 4 inches. The neckline was too low but she just wore a white tank top.
