Not worth it.

Cheap, thin, tight. I have think legs and these were uncomfortable. Definitely could not wear them over leggings. Also felt like they would tear—probably wouldn’t last more than one wear. Ends up not using them. Would not buy again.

They are very cheap and tight. Did not work right at all to go over my tall boots. I wore a black pair of booties that I had, (short boots) and they worked, but these covers did not stay up. The strap at the bottom is too tight and the top at the calf is too loose that they kept falling down. Bought them for my pirate costume I had for Halloween. And the material is extremely cheap looking like plastic, defiantly costume material.

Broken Strap.

I'm about a size 4 US, slender legs and I tried this on but they're probably too tight to fit over leggings. They're too tight in general. YOU KNOW THAT REVIEW WITH THE BROKEN STRAP? Yeah, guess who got Amazon return packaging, an obviously opened package and one with a broken strap that looks suspiciously similar to the photo someone posted? I tried them to decide if it's worth ordering since I need it soon. I'll see if a not damaged & defective pair fits differently. But if you don't have skinny legs, I'm sorry this is insanely size exclusive :( I thought they'd be loose and slouchy but my legs look pretty grossly squished at the top and they are not adjustable.. Maybe this is really for kids and they forgot to check? I'll update if I have better results with the next pair.

One night only

They are made of a very thin oilcloth and thinner than plastic table clothes from the Dollar Store. My event is for one night only and I'm not sure these boot covers could be worn more than once. As to size - I am 5-foot tall, so the boot covers are thigh-highs on me. I'm going for a pirate look and have a Julia Roberts - Pretty Woman look. I am still shopping and may return this purchase.

Wish I had Returned

Not what I expected from description. Was tight through the calf and not elastic enough at the top. Because I couldn’t pull them high enough there was a lot of material at the bottom. They don’t breath so good luck getting them back off. These would have fit a tall skinny model type leg.

Cute Pirate Boot Covers - for SKINNY legs!

These boot covers will be a great addition for your pirate maiden costume, but only if you have very thin legs. The Good Points: 1. elastic at the top should keep the "boots" in place at the knees. 2. short elastic at the foot is supposed to slip over the sole of the shoe to hold the boot cover in place. 3. super cute vinyl boot covers. The Not-So-Good Points: 1. these boot covers are super tight, and can only be worn by those with very thin legs! 2. the buckles you see in the picture are ornamental only; they cannot be used to open the leggings wider while putting them on. 3. the short elastic at the foot does not look very substantial, but I can't speak to its durability, as I could not get the boot covers on at all. Sadly, this accessory did not work for me, due to not-so-good points 1 & 2!

Too small

My legs are very slim and I couldn’t fit on this boots. Very tide on the top and on the bottom. Very cheap material and it feel like wearing a plastic bag, at any moment it will damage. I returned the the next day, not worth it.

Boot covers

I bought these to wear at the office for tomorrow as we are having a pirate day for charity. However the boot covering have to be altered as the width of the leg could be a couple of inches wider as they were too small.
