Well made, warm, fits my 10 year olds
I have kids aged 5, 10, 12 and 13. These fit my 10 year olds but are slightly too small for the older girls, and too large for the youngest. The pattern on these is fantastic and all my girls liked it. The fabric is a bit confusing -- the majority is windbreaker material. The fingers and palm have a material that makes it able to use your phone. Not really trying to encourage my kid to use a phone in the cold but . . . I guess that's society now. The thumb is made of suede material on the outside. Not sure the reason for that. The interior is lined with soft fuzzy fleece type of material which helps them feel warm despite the thin outer fabric. The wrist has a buckle on the back/top and elastic on the front (underside). We found we had to put them on our daughter and then tighten it up to be snug, but it did the job to keep the snow out when she played in them yesterday and today. It does make a problem if she needs to take them off for any reason. The cuff has a cord that can also be tightened down with a cord strap. With using these two the inside of the gloves were still dry after hours of playing so I would say they are waterproof as advertised. The fingers are shaped/bent to fit her hand nicely, although the pinky was too long otherwise they were OK. Made in China, 100% polyester, hand wash cold, lay flat to dry.

Super Nice Gloves, So Lightweight I Can't Believe They're Warm
I'm the daddy of twin 9-year-olds who fight over these gloves, which tells me the girls really like them. Why they like them is another question. They are very fashionable, if I may so so myself. I've been known to wear pink, but I think these might be a bit too loud, even for me. Perfect for 9-year-olds. Upon inspection, these gloves are very well-made, quality gloves, from the waterproof fabric to the grippy, rubberized finger tips, palm, and thumb, to the wrist adjustment and gators to keep snow out. Oh, and there is a clip to connect them together securely when not in use, which is appreciated with kids. They didn't skimp on much when they made these gloves. When I say they didn't skimp on MUCH, I mean they did skimp on one thing that you'll notice right away. These gloves are so lightweight you'll wonder how in the world they could possibly be warm. As an adult, I have never had gloves like this that were actually warm. Since I cannot put my hands into them to verify warmth, I can only go by what my kids say. They do say they are warm. Still, it feels like they went too skimpy on the insulation. I am going to give these 4 stars, not 5, because they lack credibility to me. We live in MN where it gets COLD, and I'm just not confident in these gloves. Overall, wonderful gloves. If you live somewhere where it doesn't get nasty cold--below 10F, I'd say--these gloves are probably as good as any you will find for your kids. If you live someplace nasty cold, you might want to look for something warmer.

Warm and comfortable
These gloves were great for my daughter to use at the beginning of March this year when she visited a class field trip to D.C. We live in Florida and do not normally need gloves (as it is normally only cold two days a year), so I wanted to something inexpensive. My daughter is 5'5", 120 lbs, and is thirteen and these gloves fit her perfectly. She said they were comfortable and did a good job of keeping her hands warm while walking throughout the district. They are lightweight enough put in your backpack when they are not being used. It was difficult to use my phone screen while wearing the gloves, but the value was fair.

Comfortable Gloves to Wear While Skiing, Keeps Hands Warm and Keeps Moisture Out
The C9 Champion Kid’s Snow and Ski Gloves were very well received by the daughter. The gloves run true to size, were comfortable to wear, and kept her hands warm and dry while skiing. Even after a few small falls and many snowballs, the gloves stayed warm and dry inside. The gloves are well made, easily clip together so they don’t get lost when not in use, and the wrists can be close to keep wind out and wrists/hands warm and dry. The held up perfectly fine when washed, and didn’t fade or fray at all. Overall, if you’re looking for a comfortable pair of gloves at a reasonable price, this is a great pair of ski gloves to consider.

Very nice for pre-tween girl skier/boarder
My 9 year old skier loves these. Great for cold weather sports or winter walks to school! Her hands are slightly on the larger side and they have a little room to spare. Fingers are too short for my tween girl though (she's 5'6"). Decent 14% cotton nose wipes on each thumb. Rubber palms and fingers for better grip. Don't work on screens, but that's not to be expected at this price point. They clip together rather than a snap buckle, which takes a little more trouble. Very nice quality, perfect for skiers - warm, waterproof, comfortable, durable, and well made. Wrist strap and cuff cinch. Long enough cuff that goes into her jacket sleeves. No snow gets into these!
