Great sports watch.

This is supposed to be a “Grammy” watch. A music watch for musicians? I am not a musician. This watch has a sapphire crystal, 300 meter rating and a it’s a highly accurate quartz with silicone bands. To me, the features are consistent with a sports watch. That is why I bought it as a sports watch. I often go hiking or biking then I always wash my watch off. If you like sports then I think that this would be an excellent choice. If you are a musician then I can’t give you any advice as I know nothing about music however I do like to listen to music.

Its a good watch but it doesnt seem to come with grammy case anymore

I just got this watch and its still a very nice watch but I expected it to come with the grammy case like in the pictures posted from reviews. The store itself didn't say that it would come with the case so I won't blame them for it but if part of the appeal was the case I would suggest you don't expect the case either.

Tremendous value for a fashion High Accracy 300m WR watch.

I have owned the Bulova Grammy 2017 watch since ordering it from Amazon on July 2018. It is still going. I like the Grammy theme, black with gold accent dial. What amazes me is that since setting it forward one hour to a time standard four months ago, it is still within a second. It is a Precisionist model, where the quartz movement runs at 262 kHz instead of 32 kHz. What that simply means is the second sweeps instead of jumping and so far since I set it, it has not drifted one second off the standard. That's compared to 7-15 seconds of most 32 kHz quartz movements. This has a recessed screw-down crown to prevent accidental adjustments. It is hefty and rated at 300 meter depth, but it isn't a diver's watch. In fact I wouldn't take this in the water any more than I would clean out the garage in a tuxedo. This Bulova is a gem at $375.

I bought it here expecting "new".

I don't think this is new? No display box. Came in a regular bulova box, not the special edition box. The watch was also running when I opened the box. With that said, the watch is beautiful, no scratches, just not "new". I'm keeping it, it's a value, ann I really wanted it. Would I buy again? No.

Excellent choice for a bigger, heaver watch. Percussionist movement is absolutely awesome.

This watch runs 8 times faster than any conventional quartz movement. It has 3 forms of temperature compensation and so far is showing an accuracy within 1 second per year. This is big and heavy at a case diameter of 46 mm. My small wrist is 8.5 inches so it looks great on me. The real gold accents are beautiful. Easy to read and built like a tank.

Hermoso y preciso

A mi gato le encantó el reloj y a mí también. Es un reloj muy preciso, un poco grueso pero es de todo mi agrado, totalmente impermeable. Tiene un aspecto muy refinado y los detalles son hermosos. Es mi tercer reloj bulova y no dejan de sorprenderme.

Elegant, durable, and functional - one of the stars of my collection

I'm an avid watch collector, I have watches from many brands and price points (as low as $15!). I'm a huge fan of Bulova watches, usually their Marine Star line, but the Precisionist line got my attention a while ago and I've been wanting to add this model to my collection. Well, I finally bought it - and I couldn't be happier! The size is perfect for my wrist, the black ion-plated case with gold accents is beautiful, sapphire crystal means less risk of scratches/dings, 300M water resistance allows me to get this wet without worrying about it like many "dress" watches out there - and to be a special edition for the GRAMMY awards is an excellent bonus. Plus, the display case is so classy. Watching that gold sweep-second hand is mesmerizing (these don't "tick" like other quartz watches, the ultra high frequency of this movement at 262kHz means a smooth "sweeping" second hand)! I have another Precisionist model and both are finished with a high standard and represent what is great about the Bulova brand. If you like watches, or want to show support for musicians and the Grammy Awards, then this certainly worth considering. This is my honest review/opinion and I haven't been paid/sponsored by Amazon or Bulova, I just really like watches, and this one in particular :-) [Full disclosure: I bought this watch as an "Amazon warehouse deal" and it was listed as "original packaging but packaging has damage, item will be re-packaged" - I took a chance given there is a 30-day return on warehouse deals. The watch arrived in the correct commemorative display case and I couldn't detect any damage outside of a few very light scratches in the wood-grain (yes a wooden box, not cardboard or plastic!). The watch itself was heavily protected in plastic wrap, the factory seals and tags were all in the correct places, and not a mark was on the watch. Goes to show that a warehouse deal can save a lot of money and still you get a very quality item!!]

Buy this watch!

This is a superb time piece and I recommend it!! Feels comfortable and I can't stop looking at it lol! I am a professional musician and I glad this exists for many reasons. I also collect watches and this is so far my favorite overall.

Muy buena Calidad Precio

Muy buen reloj, muy buena relación calidad precio. La caja pese a ser conmemorativa no es la misma que de distribuye en México. Se entregó en tiempo. Me hubiera gustado que el distribuidor sellar a la garantía para darle vigencia con Bulova.
