Nice Stainless line for Broil King Baron
Nice piece. I especially like the braided stainless line. Install was a little challenging due to the design of my model of Baron BBQ.

CORRECT FACTORY REPLACEMENT PART
Product arrived on time and well packaged. It was a direct replacement for the current regulator on my Broil King grill, although this was is braided stainless while the original was rubber. Installation was a bit of an issue because of poor clearance. You might have to remove the control panel to get a wrench on the fittings. I was able to replace it without doing so but it will depend on the type of tools you have. This is not a reflection of the replacement part. It is the design of the grill itself that made it more difficult than it needed to be.

It fits perfectly but need to tighten a lot
We put soap strong solution on joint and it was bubbling until I tightened more, a lot...then there were no leaks.

Broil King Regulator
This replacement regulator is better than the one that Broil King puts on its Bar B Q. Really this should be the quality of the original regulator. Kind of surprised at broil King for not using this level of quality for their original regulator. OEM regulator only lasted 2 years. Very disappointing. This Regulator works great, looks great, and was easy to install Highly recommend,

Get The Correct Regulator for Your Broil King Grill
Bought my Broil King Grill October 2018, and did not use it until 2019. Had difficult time with the grill, as I just could not get the thing to hold temp. Finally by process of elimination, discovered that the factory regulator and hose assembly was defective. Mistakenly bought an aftermarket type which did not solve the problem, so returned to Amazon and bought the correct Broil King brand assembly. Fixed the problem. Grill works like a champ now. Should have returned the defective assembly to BK, but is difficult to do.

Additional length is a plus
Braided hose looks more durable than rubber only, but these usually fail within the regulator itself or the plastic connector gets damaged so it can't tighten properly. This works fine. However I always thought the original hose was a bit too short as I had to turn the tank around to line up properly to attach hose. With 3 inches over original 18 inch, this is perfect.

Broil King bbq hose/regulator replacement
The regulator went south on my broil king bbq after only 3 years, unfortunately you can’t replace individual components on these and couldn’t find a replacement where I live then seen this come up at a great price, it’s a pretty easy job to replace it and now have a working bbq!

looked great and it worked the way it was suppose to, better than original which a person could ask why when you buy a expensive top end barbeque that they would not put the best regulator on so it works great.
