I've bought these lights and the first time it was from a seller called You Profit organisation and I received a product completely wrong and on top of that broken!! had to wait for amazon to ship the right product to make my tree . If you do get it from amazon you will receive a white box that says brite star with lights neatly packaged one by one so that they don't break. Good packaging but useless to store lights back again because "ain't nobody got time for that " . The functions are really nice. Had lights from overseas with the same options so I knew what to expect. There are also 2 spare bulbs which is always good to have . Wish there were more lights because I could cover only half of my 6 ft tree (which I expected and was not a problem since I have it against a corner wall but next year I will have a taller tree and I'm not sure how I'll deal with that lol )

Great chasing lights with 4 standard colors and 8 functions
Almost exactly what I was looking for! Had a similar set I lost through divorce a few years back (he kept the Christmas lights and the house, I kept the ornaments), and I've been looking for a replacement ever since. These work great, all the bulbs worked, and all the functions were as you would expect from their description. My only critique is that I wish it was more colorful - it only has red, green, yellow, and blue. I would like pink, purple, orange, etc. as can be found in some newer Christmas light sets (and sadly, the string I gave up) Also, other reviewers are correct in saying that the settings are not saved and default back each time you turn them on and off. However, the price was very reasonable and to get exactly what I wanted would probably be much more expensive - if it even exists anymore. So all things considered, this is an excellent substitute.

Not as advertised
The product image showed 5 light bulb colors: pink, green, red, blue, and yellow. What arrived was just red, blue, and green. I also thought it was weird that it arrived in a plain brown cardboard box instead of the colorful printed consumer packaging shown as one of the main product images on the sale page. But when plugged in all the functions and bulbs appear to work, and it does appear to be previously unused and not returned for obvious defects, so I'm sure I can find a use for it somewhere.

Not as shown - Disappointed!
Not as shown. This description shows 5 colors. The product I received have only 3 colors. False advertising. Didn't even come in the box that was in the description. Disappointed!

Work fine for me
The pattern of course did not match my other lights I had a set that went out but I just put these in a different place away from them and they blink in sections and they were fine. I need to get another set so I can put more on that bush.

Brite Star Chasing Lights
The lights worked great. I did not have not one problem with them. The Brite Star Chasing lights did everything the box said they would do. I ran the lights just about the entire month of December. When I took them down January 1, 2020 they were still bright, chasing and 8 functioning and doing what the box said they would do. I thought they worked Great and worth the money I paid for them.

Don’t last long
The media could not be loaded. Bought four strings. One was DOA. Most of the lights stopped working after a couple weeks of use. Will not be able to use them a second year. Too expensive to be disposable. Pretty while it lasted.

Be careful!
Falsely advertised as 5 different colors. It came with only 3 colors and not even the box they advertised. Be cautious. This is one of those products that if it doesnt come from amazon or the manufacturer you better stay away from it.

I had ordered a set last year and loved them so I ordered another this year. I might even order another set in the future. they are nice and bright and you can adjust the blink timing.

False Advertising
There's already other reviews with pictures that show what you get is not what's being shown. What you receive is not 8-function chasing, they just blink and that's it. The price for this set of lights is too high, but people are willing to pay for the different light functions. When you open the box and discover you just got scammed, it's an extra sting when you realize the amount you just threw away. I saw the warning reviews before I bought these, but took a chance because there's reviews from people that actually received the product advertised. Not sure what's going here, but this is the first time I've fell for a scam on amazon.
