This is a must buy for your Britax car seat.
I have a Britax Boulevard car seat that I use in the rear facing position for my 2.5 year old who is on the smaller size. I was hesitant because it attaches to the rear belt path and most reviews used it forward facing. The instructions are not very clear and I ended watching a video on how to install it. The picture and video shows you just click the clip into the cup holder and then the car seat. I couldn’t do it and eventually my 17 year twisted the clip and attached it to the cup holder. However attaching it to the car seat itself was easy. I was a bit scared it would break, but it went in without fail. I installed it without the gray thing and it holds his sippy cup just fine. It’s deep enough where I don’t think it will fall out. I think it’s pricey for what it is, but don’t really have another option. I don’t regret purchasing it.

Works as advertised and happy to have it.
I bought this to go with my Britax Advocate Click Tight car seat. I am using it now that I have turned the seat to front facing. Putting it on while rear facing would have been a hassle since it connects in the rear facing belt path. I have to have it on the side of the seat towards the middle of the car since it would be too close to the door on the other side. It was a little tough to click all the way into the belt path but I was able to do it without too much fuss. I have not tried to remove it yet and feel like that may be difficult. My 2 year old uses it every car ride. Sometimes for her water cup and sometimes for her toys. I had the rubber top on when I installed it but it was too hard to get the cup in and out with it so I just removed the rubber top and it is currently hanging next to the cup holder. It does not come all the way off without un-installing the cup holder. But that's ok because at some point I may want to use it again and this way I won't lose it. I have not had any problems with the cup holder falling off or anything, I think if someone had that problem then it must not have been clicked in all the way. It was a very tight fit. While I really wish that the car seat came with built in cup holders (and cannot understand why it wouldn't) I am very happy that they have this cup holder as an option. It has worked very well for us. It also had another connector that would be used for a different Britax car seat included in the package for those of you with other models Britax car seats. We have also purchased the Britax seat protector to place between the car seat and the seat of the car and have been very happy with that product as well. And have also purchased the seat pad for potty training but have had no leaks yet so cannot give much of a review for that product. Very happy with my Britax car seat and it's add on products so far. I feel like my child has the best and safest car seat and as a bonus it looks great and is really easy to move between cars.

A nightmare to install, breaks easily, and shouldn't have to buy it in the first place
This cup holder SUUUUUCKS! Britax has really blown it with this car seat/cup holder situation. First of all, the Clicktight Advocate is such an outrageously expensive car seat that it should absolutely COME WITH A CUP HOLDER!!! How greedy can this stupid company be? Second of all, the "instructions" for attaching this cupholder are so pathetic and unclear, it's absurd. It's just pictures--no words, save a few "cautions." I made the mistake of calling Britax to ask for clarification on how the hell to install this impossible accessory and got an incredibly unhelpful, unfriendly rep named Brenda. Trying to explain the difficulty verbally without being able to show Britax/Brenda was nearly impossible. You can see from the pictures that the opening on the cupholder clip where you slide the holder down onto the car seat appears to be about half as long as it needs to be, as I see it. She kept telling me to just push/shove it down through the crack/gap where the seatbelt would go, and it would "click" in. But when I pushed it down, it pulled the gray plastic section of the car seat away, bending it. That seems like a terrible design if that's how it's supposed to attach, or terrible instructions if it's not. I finally got it clicked in, just to find that when I went to close my car door, it hit the cup holder and wouldn't close. This doesn't happen with car seats w/ built-in cup holders. So I had to detach it and struggle all over again to put it on the other side of car seat. The rubber piece on the cup holder would hold cups/bottles so tightly that I finally had to take it off so my kiddo could actually get her cup out. Of course, to do this, you have to take the cup holder off again. There isn't a cup/liner within the cupholder that's easily removable, like if drinks spill or the holder gets dirty, so if you ever want to clean it, you have to remove it again. Then struggle to put it back on. It's SUCH a pain in the #*@, I can't truly convey it. I just tried putting it back on yesterday, and after several minutes trying to remember how I'd done it, which I thought was just really jamming it down, as Brenda instructed, it broke. I'm going to call Britax about replacing it... and hope to get someone who's not Brenda.

Britax Marathon 70-G3
We love our sons car seat but the no cup holders was a big con. I was hesitant on ordering the Britax cup holder after reading some reviews that the cup holder wouldn't fit. However, we really needed something so I gave in and ordered it. When it arrived I was grateful that it did indeed come with 2 different pieces to attach to the different styles of Britax seats. Our car seat needed the black attachment to install the cup holder. It took me a little bit but I finally attach the clip we needed to the cup holder but once it was on I was able to easily snap it into place on the car seat. The seat cover pulls down just enough to cover the clip. The cup holder feels a little less secure since the car seat is so tightly secured into place but it seems to work fine. As other reviewers mentioned I also did not install the cup holder with the extra gray part that is supposed to keep the cup from moving around. I felt like it just was gonna pop off. Overall this cup holder seems to work out great. I hope this review was helpful.

Perfect
I’ve had this product for over a year now and it’s great. We did remove the top rubber piece because my daughters cups would only fit when it was removed. I love this cup holder though and I can switch it to either side of the seat!

Pricey, but functional
Bought this one to replace the previous one that got broken. The clip that holds the cup holder onto the seat does not withstand much torture from a child (mine used it to pull herself into the car once and it was done for) It fits drinks well, which is its purpose, but it's a little over priced in my opinion.

Poor quality, but easy to assemble and install
The cupholder is easy to assemble. It comes with two sets of instructions and attachments, depending on wether your seat is a ClickTight or not. The cupholder does not need to be removed with each install, unless the seat is rearfacing. The cupholder does fall off easily and has scratched the seat from coming on and off. The cupholder will fall off is a drink that is too heavy is placed in it, or if bumped from the side. It also turns and tups cups out. The cupholder is poor quality, but based on reviews that was expected.

Works as expected
Comes with 2 clips, one for the click tight and one for the other models. Once the clip is on the cup holder it can't be removed, it can be removed from the seat but can't be interchanged for other models
