Bathroom sink for neti pot

Intalled in bathroom sink to filter water for neti pot. I don't like messing with distilled water in jugs, so this was my solution for that. Only con I have is that it is difficult to get it theaded properly onto the faucet nozzle. I have replaced a few times and each one tends to leak a little sometimes.

Great, but filter pops off.

My first & previous one I purchased, was the basic white one in the store. The replaceable filter that goes on it, would pop off when turning on the water. Trying to figure out if we were doing something wrong, I researched and found this was a very common problem that no one had a remedy for. I suspect its some type of manufacturer problem. I also thought maybe its how high the water pressure is, but even having the water on very low, still made it pop off. Anyhow, we ended up just using black electrical tape to keep it down. That keeps it well in place until we change the filter top, then add new tape again. Had it for a couple years or more and just decided to replace the whole thing. I was hoping that since this was a common problem in reviews, that the company would have figured it out by now. Not the case though. This chrome one definitely looks a lot nicer, but again, not long after putting it on and turning on the water, BAM the filter popped right off and water everywhere. Even though this is very inconvenient, the tape works well and I've learned to be okay with it. At least untill I'm ready to replace it and find something better at a decent price.

Easy to install, water tastes great

Our city water is not drinkable and I used to take my reusable bottles to the store to refill. I purchased the Britta water filter, easy to install onto my faucet, came with filters and when the filter needs changing a red tab will appear. Additional filters can be ordered. The water tastes clean, with no lead or chlorine. I am able to drink filtered water from my faucet. Pleased with purchase.

Seems to work

Bought this to improve hard water conditions. Pro, smaller than the PUR faucet filter, spray/stream options for unfiltered water, readily available refills. Cons, $10 per refill filter, still gets in the way when trying to fill large items like kettles or water bottles. Wish I’d bought Chrome instead of white because I think it would look sleeker. Like that it includes a refill notification light but on my PUR model that light stopped working within a few months. Hopefully the Brita light is more durable. Very easy install, no tools needed. I needed an adapter and that was easy to incorporate. Water looks clearer and tastes good. No big complaints here!

Good filter, low water pressure

I can tell that my water tastes better but it really affected the water pressure/flow. Takes forever to fill up my water jug.

If you like a good cup of coffee, tea + drinking water.

In the spring time a lot of towns use more chemicals in the potable drinking water for a few months because of spring run off of water tributaries. I can't stand the taste of the water in spring time especially so this simple filter does wonders to clear out some of those chemicals and makes a cup of coffee taste better IMO. Brita had a good deal on this great water facet filtering system so why not. This unit has a brass thread insert molded in the plastic housing where it attaches to the facet and is superior to other models for not coming off IMO. I have been using these units for about 10 years now.

easy to install and use

My house had strange tasting water. This has solved that. It also has three different settings so you dont always have to use the filter part making it last longer, filter, normal and spray settings. Really easy to install just screw on.

Complete garbage

It leaks out of every pore. The flimsy case simply can't stand any water pressure. As soon as you turn on the water the Brita System is losing ~30% of it and the black screw head. I tried everything from isolation tape to glue. Save your money and buy a different system. Thanks to international shipping, it's close to impossible to send it back. A waste of money.
