This product was too short to be installed

The product was too expensive (more than $96 for two) and too short to be installed. from the picture it was hard to tell how long it is. I bought longer size from Home Depot at $15 each. The return date already expired.

NOT WHAT IS PICTURED

It's okay. What is listed in the photograph above is not what you get. Let me explain: The shower arm itself is excellent. It is very solid, the chrome is a perfect color and it feels very solid. No complaints there. However, the flange is not what is pictured above. The flange that comes with the shower arm is cheap feeling and very generic. I figured for $22 it would include the pictured flange. oh well, i had returned one and didn't have time to return the second one (need to use the shower). So, Amazon, if you read these reviews: please update the included photo to represent what is being purchased. (please not in the attached photo, the flange still has it's protective plastic film)

Love this shower arm.

Shower arm is just as advertised. The color is a shiny brass just like in the picture and was perfect for our shower head and shower arm replacement project. No issues with it all. The quality was what you expect with a shower arm from Koehler. Came right on time and no crazy packaging to tear apart

Disappointing

A little disappointing. Flange is not the same as pictured. It’s actually a cheap, slide on metal disk with a sharp edge. I’m glad that I purchased this “used like new” for small money. At least the finish matches the other fixtures. Kohler can and should do better.

Doesn't look like this (at least when ordered in Canada)

The small piece that finishes the flange looked nothing like the image... more like a piece of tin. Instant Return.
