Just what I was looking for

A bathtub mat for my 18 month old that doesn’t have sea horses on it, has good grip and hangs to dry. I love it!

Hang it up to dry

I really like that you can hang this on the shower head to dry. Love the color. I bought this for the grandkids but just tested it on the dog. It stayed put just fine and so did the dog.

Fantastic Purchase

Great buy. It's thick and strong. Nothing can soak into this mat. It's a wipe down kinda clean, if you needed to. Suctions stick with barely any effort and toddler does not slip at all. It has built in hang points to dry it out when done with bath time, which I love, but sometimes we just unsuction it and throw it over the tub. We've had it for months now and not the tiniest bit of mildew nor any marks on the tube have we found.

Does not suction.

This mat is nice to have in the bottom of the tub, however, it does not suction or stay auctioned. We have tried every which way to suction and it just doesn’t. I had high hopes for it with the mixed reviews, but unfortunately it doesn’t suction. We still use it bc it is nice to have in the bottom of the bath to prevent our toddler from slipping all around.

Pleasantly Pleased

Bought this for my 10 month old to take baths in our tub. I was cautiously optimistic but after using it with him I'm really glad I pulled the trigger on buying. Provided great traction, didn't move at all while my wild child was squirming all over and trying to mountain climb the shower walls during the bath. Afterwards I was able to hang up to dry with no issues. I did have to run the water first and push down all over the mat to get it to adhere but that didn't bother me; it took all of 60 seconds. Solid purchase, would recommend.

Suction Cups folded and stiff

My first priority was the shape of the mat to match the tub and I was looking for curved tapered ends. So that was good. Second, my priority was to keep it clean and dry when not in use. The hanging feature was a nice addition. However, I didn't expect the suction cups to be very stiff. It was hard to press the cups down to the tub and it was lumpy for a few baths. It slid around the tub a few times, too. I figured after a few warm/hot baths the cups would loosen up. When I took the item out of the package, the cups were folded in odd ways which added to the difficulty to create a suction initially. Maybe the company can offer a solution to how to loosen the cups after opening it.

Difficult to get the suction cups to stick!

I like the size of this bath mat but because it arrived folded most of the suction cups have been bent out of shape and therefore do not suck properly. I have to push each suction down individually to get them to suck/stick, which is annoying and time-consuming. And even then, the suction cups that are really bent out of shape do not stick at all. I would return if I hadn't thrown out the packaging.

Faire attention aux ventouses**

Légèrement déçue.. Le tapis n’est pas complètement plat par la façon qu’il a était plié. Plusieurs ventouses qui servent à maintenir en place dans le fond du bain sont repliées, ce qui ne permet pas au tapis de bien tenir en place. Par contre, j’ai fait tremper le tapis dans l’eau très chaude pour le rentre plus malléable et ceci a aidé pour l’adhésion des ventouses et le tonus du tapis. Reste qu’il est facile à nettoyer et antidérapant.

Great quality, nice features, cleans easily

We ordered this in a hurry, when our son transitioned out of a bath chair and into the wild of the bathtub itself! Not sure why others said cleaning was an issue - just take 17 seconds and brush it off after each bath and bam, no soap scum or film. I must say, though, that sticking it down at the beginning of each bath requires a concentrated effort of pushing down each and every single suction cup!! At first, I thought it was just stiff and would soften up...but after two months of use, we still need to push each cup down. But, once it's down it really does stay down...which is the whole purpose of it, right! That aside, love the integrated hooks at either end - super convenient way to hang it up on the shower head neck to dry. Overall, nice build quality, easy to clean, and great hook feature.

Wouldn’t buy it again

Well, as others have said, it takes a bit of effort to get it to stick. The surface has to be wet and one has to press down really well. It adheres well when it’s in place but such an annoyance when you have to take it on and off regularly. I’m not unhappy with it but if I had to shop for a mat again I wouldn’t buy this one.

Chunky but functional

I bought this for the dog who would slip in the bathtub while trying to move around. It was thicker than I thought and bumpy to stand on. You can feel the suction cups easily as the top lining is thin with no padding. Doesn’t look great but does the job. Doesn’t move at all. I wouldn’t use it in the guest bathroom.
