Need to order UP...also could be NARROW

This was my second pair, the first being from a brick & mortar store...and were perfect I might add. Could not get my foot in at all in this second pair. Comparing outside soles, appeared to be 1/4 to 1/2" shorter. Did contact company, which is just "over the river and through the woods", with no response to following email: EASTLAND SHOE: ATTN Quality Control: 08/27/20 Hello from a local purchaser and up to now, a satisfied customer. I just received my second pair of your comfy Eastland Solstice Boat Shoe Oxford in Bomber Brown, in same stated size as original 2018 pair, US 10M EUR 42, but the new are at least half a size shorter and very narrow, and I have a AA narrow foot. The only expected difference is a (lot?) number on the tongue label: 2018 is # 0418-504; 2020 is #0420-504, with both made in China. Just an additional FYI: The original pair was from our local xxxxxxx's, with this second pair from Amazon. Thank you for excepting my "squawk" and hope this is helpful for future production.

Nice Shoe

I am glad I ordered a wide because the toe box is a little narrow. I wear a medium width, but ordered wide due to some of the reviews. Fits perfect but doesn't feel like a wide. Feels more like a medium. So if you actually have a wide foot, then this shoe may not work for you. The length seemed true to size. I would recommend going up a half size if you plan to wear socks. A nice shoe design. I was a bit nervous about ordering these because there are so many knockoffs out there, but these seems to be good quality. I haven't worn them out yet due to the warmer season. Looking forward to cooler weather. I plan to wear these with jeans.

Absolutely in Love

As someone with wide feet, it's very difficult to find shoes that aren't sneakers that are comfortable and durable. These shoes have preformed very well in the rain, snow, and sun. I wouldn't wear them to walk directly through a swamp, but they keep my feet dry when walking to class in a downpour or walking across a damp grassy area. When it snowed here the traction provided by the rubber sole held up really well on the ice, and all I needed were fuzzy socks to keep my feet warm. When I wore them on a warm day my feet didn't feel sweaty at all. I can throw these shoes on with leggins, jeans, or a skirt and they look wonderful. In addition, they look so much nicer than sneakers. I'm usually out an about from 7:30 am to around 10pm and these shoes are so much more comfortable than most flats. Definitely worth the price. A nice plus is that even though I have walked through countless damp fields and mulchy pathways, these shoes don't look droopy at all. The color on my shoes is exactly like the picture. They arrived quickly and broke in in about 4 days. They are the perfect everyday shoe for me. I would recommend these shoes to anyone!

Nice boat shoe but narrow!

I really like everything about this shoe except the width. It is pretty narrow. Good support, looks great and the length was right on but the width is a problem.

Old friends

Had something similar when I was a teenager in the 80s. This is a different brand, but equally good and middle-aged me appreciates the wider option. Perfect weekend shoe for running errands.

Hard to find these in a wide size

Its hard to find a wide boat shoe that really is wide, but this one is! Nice quality leather, looks great, and very comfortable...so I bought another pair!

Good shoe

I am still breaking them in as the seam down the heal part of the shoe rubs the back of my heel. I have had boat shoes before and had the same problem. I just put mole skin on the inside of the shoe and it works great. The shoes were a bit snug but again, I know they stretch over time.

Muy cómodos y buena calidad

Los zapatos son muy cómodos y la calidad superó mis expectativas, solamente que cuidado al elegir la talla, de preferencia un número menos ya que vienen bastante grandes =)
