Cute swim shorts

I’m 5’4” 116lbs and pear shaped. I first ordered size small but they were entirely too big around the waist. I then ordered the size xs and they fit much better. The size xs is still a tad big, but do-able! I now have 2 pair and just ordered another. I wear them over my swimsuits in and out of the pool. I prefer to wear shorts over my swimsuits because it’s more comfortable to me. They dry more quickly than normal shorts. They are very light weight and the fold over waist is stretchy and comfortable. If you have a smaller waist (hourglass, pear shape or even athletic shaped) I would definitely size down because they run a full size big in my opinion. If you have a bigger tummy or apple shaped you may be ok with your normal size. Overall they are good quality swim shorts. They look very cute and youthful! It’s hard to find swim shorts that are actually cute and flattering. These definitely fit the bill! These are great for moms like myself chasing after kids at the beach that want to stay covered. I think these would work fantastic for any age really. They aren’t overly short but they are short enough to not look matronly. I wash them on normal cycle in the washer in dryer and haven’t had any issues so that’s a huge plus. They have washed and worn well and lasted so far! I much prefer these over the similar roxy brand swim shorts. I find these to be more comfortable, flattering and not too short like the Roxy ones that rode up my rear. The body glove are flexible and when I bend over I’m not pulling on them all the time like others I’ve tried.

Love them BUT...I should have listened to the first review

I should have listened to the first review; however, with my trip being so close I was nervous and went up one size. I figured that even if they were a little loose it would be ok because the waistband would prob offer a stronger support and they'd stay put. However, the waistband on these is made out of something similar to a swimsuit except not nearly as thick and very stretchy and silky so it offers no gripping or support to hold the shorts up. Standing in them and they feel like they are going to fall and anything more than a very slow walk around my house and they do start slipping down. Def not going to work out for my beach trip in two days. If you're trying to decide on a size I'd suggest ordering your normal size. I'm 37 and do not have a teen body anymore and should have ordered a medium. I'm 5'3, 153lbs and carry a lot of my weight in my stomach, hips, and thighs and the large was definitely too big. I do like the style, the material, and how they look on me so I will be returning these to get a medium but sadly I just wont be wearing them for this trip. *UPDATE* Recieved the medium and got these in the peacock blue, they are a very pretty color and they fit perfectly! Didnt get them in time for the beach but I wore them all day while mowing the grass (have just under an acre of land) and doing some gardening. They are so incredibly comfortable! The material is light, breathable, and barely feels like you're wearing anything lol. Now with the appropriate size I didnt feel like the shorts were going to fall down at all even though the band doesnt have the gripping effect you feel with draw strings or an elastic band. I was a bit worried about this but not an issue at all. Will be buying more colors! Love them!

Ordered a size up to have a maternity boat short and perfect!

So I’m 34 weeks pregnant with a huge belly and needed a pair of shorts for the boat. The only maternity shorts i have are not boat shorts material/comfort. Even though these are not “maternity”, I took a gamble and ordered them anyway but I ordered a size large instead of my pre pregnancy size of medium and they fit perfectly, they are super comfy and will be perfect for the boat! If it weren’t for the price, I’d order a second pair in another color. I’m a bargain shopper and $34 for shorts is not ideal for me.

Almost perfect. But failed.

These were soooo close to being the perfect swim shorts. As a mom I don't want to have to worry about over exposing myself while running around after my littles. The actual shorts on these were great, true to size fit with just the right amount of stretch. What fell completely flat was the foldover waist band. It has not strength/substance. Way too stretchy which makes it feel like it's a size too big for the bottom. Too stretchy/slippery to stay in place when folded over, it just rolls down. For reference, I am 5'2" and typically wear a size 12/xl. Had to return. Otherwise, these could've been great.

Not for me but not bad

These were really unflattering on me. The waistband felt really loose went folded down or worn to make these really high waisted. The “seaside” is a pretty deep teal color, not the blue it looks in the photos. If you’re looking for loose, casual shorts for lounging by the pool, these will work for you. For active water sports-not so much…

Comfy but no mesh lining

Great pair of shorts for swimming, hiking, anything. My only complaint is they don’t have lining. I tried to wear them solo but hello reverse wedgie! After that I wore swimsuit bottoms underneath.

Great swim shorts!!!

These are prefect all the way around! Was a little concerned when purchased but just right. Being a mom I have a little belly but the way these are designed they are flattering and no muffin top. Sizing seems to go with my normal size also. I wear a 30/31 (name brand jeans) and went with a large. They dry quick and are comfortable.

Shorts are for All ages

I bought two pairs of these shorts In black. I’m 5’5” and 160 lb. I bought a large. I think I could have fit nicely in a medium though. I bought the black body glove shirt to match. One of these shorts I’m giving to my mom that is in her 50s. These shorts are for all ages. I’m not sure how to post a pic or I would! Enjoy the sunshine, Jennah

Good quality

Great material and fit. The waist is a bit big, I would normally buy a small but I bought a medium to wear while pregnant and they're great for that! Good for wearing over a bathing suit and even going swimming with.

Les shorts de bains les plus confortables

J’ai acheté presque toutes les couleurs tellement que je les aime! La bande élastique à la taille est très confortable. Après avoir porté certaines d’entre elles depuis plusieurs étés, elles sont toujours aussi bien. Très très belle qualité.
