Band runs small, uncomfortable wire

I am always a 32 band but I had to size up to a 34 in this bra. The underwire is quite stiff so even though the rest of the fabric is very soft and comfortable, the underwire makes me feel restricted. I could wear this for maybe an hour before I would want to rip it off. I would say that it is flattering, and if the underwire was a little more flexible (and had softer padding covering the wire) it would be a great bra. The hunt continues for the perfect, comfortable bra. It is so hard to find.

My reasons...

I've been on the hunt for the perfect bra since I've been wearing bras. Either the cup doesn't fit me right or the underwire hurts or the bra slides up my back. Not this bra! It's perfect. I wear a 36D and here's what I look for in a bra and here's why I love this one... 1. Must have underwire that doesn't hurt / 2. Must have a stretchy smooth fabric that's not too thick / 3. Must have shoulder and back straps that are no too thick so that it doesn't look like my grandma's bra / 4. Must be enough boob coverage so that I don't have side boob or top boob spill out / 5. Must be durable because I'm gonna wash and dry the crap out of it / 5. Must be a bra that doesn't end up smooshing my boobs together as the day goes on. WIN WIN WIN... this bra does it all.

Nice quality bra. However the cups have no lining at all.

This is an attractive, well- fitting, and very nice quality bra. I returned it however as I didn’t realize when I purchased it that the cups are completely unlined. Not what I was looking for with this purchase. (PS - For those who want to try it, it fits slightly on the large side because of the lack of lining material.)

Super bummed about this

So many mixed feelings about this bra!! First & foremost, please know it is NOT LINED OR PADDED. I was under the assumption it was at least "lined" but after reviewing the questions, it is not. Super bummed about this, since my pregnancy nipples aren't going anywhere anytime soon. BUT, this was a fabulous fitting bra!! I love how there is no gaping on top because the straps lay very flat. I normally wear a 34C, I could have gotten away with that or this one (34D) and there's room to expand because of the stretchy fabric. Honestly, I was just thrilled to finally have a bra that fit me everywhere! (I have so many issues with other brands!) Unfortunately, there were downsides -- it was kind of itchy at first, and the side wires poke into your armpits a bit. :( Also, the straps in the back (where the plastic piece meets the bra band) make noise when you move your shoulders. Almost like a clicking noise. The middle piece between the cups is hard & can dig into your chest bone (mostly because I've never had a bra with this kind of feeling before.) Worth a try -- order if you're okay with unlined bras! But not for me.

Sizing may have changed in the last several years.

I've worn this particular model for years, and although I generally hate underwires, this bra is amazingly comfortable for many hours of wear! However, I take great care of undies that cost this much, and mine last a *long* time. I have the same measurements now that I did years ago, and something has indeed changed with this particular model. The bra band for a size 34D is several inches shorter now. I would suggest that people used to one they bought a couple of years ago keep the same cup size but go up one band size or more. If I were to try ordering this one online again (which probably won't happen), I would specify at least a 36D instead of my usual 34D

Love this bra, but lately....

The little mesh areas on the front straps have been quickly ripping/disintegrating in the last couple of bras I've ordered. I've been exclusively ordering this bra in nude and white for years, and this has never been a problem until the last few months. Don't if they've changed the material, but it's pretty disappointing because I really love this bra.

Best bra ever

I have boobs that have dealt with babies and breast feeding. This bra is life!!!!!! It holds my boobs in and it is flattering and doesn’t add any bulk. Best bra ever! I am getting more of these

Not Up to Wacoal Standard regarding material and fit

It would be 5 stars but I wear Wacoal only this style and it is made in material that isn't strong and feels like a knock off. I kept both I bought but my older bras by them are full of lycra and don't feel skimpy like this was does. I hope it is just a fluke. I am ordering with caution now. As Isid this is the only brand I wear so I will try it in another style

This bra is unique gives a good shape and is moderately comfortable the straps at the back are a little too short however it's a really good everyday bra not a push up I don't know why it's called push up it certainly doesn't push up but gives support and enhances the figure
