Perfect

I purchased this for my 89 yr old mother in law. She’s very frail but still likes to clean. This is light enough for her to handle without tiring her. Sleek and easy for her to use, even with dementia.

Screaming No Suction

Stopped having suction within a few uses......And thr motor started a hi pitch scream.....Sounded as if it was going to explode. JUST A BIG NO!!!!

Only Got 2 good years...

Worked great the first year and a half and then noticed the battery wouldn't last. It's always on the charger, it get a lot of use for one person but the thing could be plugged in for DAYS, I would go to use it and it would be on for 10-15 seconds then quit. I would shut off and turn on to get another 6-8 seconds, do it again and then nothing. I give up

Battery Died after 6 Months

Purchased this in July 2022. Battery will not charge now in December 2022. Plug it in all day, charge light comes on, but it only runs for 5 seconds and shuts off. Worked as expected when it worked, but won't buy another to replace it.

battery life sixteen months, would not keep a charge and would only run 15 seconds and die

life of the battery was not good, easy to clean, used it for picking up litter on hard floors. Used it 5 mins for per use. 3 or 4 times a week

Powerful vacuum, economical, best for small jobs.

This is a "handy" relatively small "hand" vac that has a powerful vacuum, is easy to use and clean, appropriate storage capacity, and so far the battery life is sufficient for everyday small jobs. Not that it makes a difference, but the color is nice. Having an LED headlight would've been good, but those models were significantly more expensive. The power cord is a bit difficult to plug in or out vs a charging stand of other B&D hand vacs.

Vacuum good, battery not

Compact, sucks strong ... good. Battery charge doesn’t last long at all. I use it once a week for about 10 minutes, and every time I use it, the battery dies so I have to charge it overnight ... bad.

No match for cat hair on a carpeted stair

I have two sets of carpeted stairs in my house, so I bought this hoping I could use it to keep up with the dirt/hair tracked on the steps by my pets. I charged it up overnight, giving it the full 12+ hours, then optimistically set to work on the steps. It basically just moved the hair around a bit. With a LOT of passes, I finally got about four steps done, noticed an even more appreciable decline in its ability, and decided to try to clean the reservoir, just in case that would help. Opening it up was easy, but maybe it is because cat hair is light, but the little flap wouldn't fall open, no matter how much I shook and tapped the thing, so I had to turn it over, fish out the hair by hand, and then dump that in the trash. Overall, not impressed at all. I didn't expect it to work as well as a full-sized vacuum, but I expected a better job than me just scraping at the carpet with my fingers and picking up whatever I could brush up.

For the price excellent product

Excellent suction power. Use it to clean the car. The extended nozzle gets into hard to reach areas. In terms of battery life, so far lasts as long as I have needed.

Good improvement

My last dust buster had a nicad battery which was pretty feeble. This lithium battery seems very robust. A little loud for my tastes. The wall mount bracket is a bit crude and requires a separate charge cord plug in, rather than being integrated into the wall bracket. Good value for the money, especially if you can find ! open box.

Efficient little vacuum when new but not after 3 months.

Fairly light, very good suction, easy to install on wall, battery time is at least 15 minutes on full charge. Recharges over several hours. Would not buy again. Motor began to emit an ear splitting scream when in use after 1 minute. Not very good for use after a few months.

Does what we need it for. Vacuum up dust and dirt pile after sweeping. Hangs on wall with supplied hook.
