I have cats… need I say more? Worth it
I have cats… Pedigree Persians… Four of them…. Need I say more or why I bought this… LOL I have always bought Bissell products. Not just for the namebrand… But because, quite frankly, they have always been somewhat affordable and to be honest, they have lasted me a relatively long time. Now I’m more encouraged to buy them because they (supposedly) donate to animal, rescue missions or leagues. I had been on the fence for a long time about spending $140 on such a small item. I have always said they need to make one of these and now they have. I read the reviews. Not great for the money… But not horrible either. The negative reviews were what I would expect. I originally had the one with the rotating bristle (put it down, set it and forget it come back when the cycle is over and put it on another spot),and I really liked it… And it lasted 15 years… but again, trying to find a place to store it was always an issue for me in my tiny condo. It always did a good job though!!! Then I bought a pet spot bot (no rotating bristles but I got it on clearance for $35!!) that was so big and bulky, I hated it! It didn’t do as good of a job as the previous one, but until I could find something better it did the trick. It was such a PIA to pull out, unwind set up use it for less than five minutes and then break it down and put it away again!! Crazy as it sounds… I just had to have a small area “shag” rug for my living room. I know it was foolish with cats… But I found an inexpensive one, and I decided to give it a try. It only took one day before… Well, you know if you’re a cat owner :-) That’s what made me pull the trigger on purchasing this $140 piece of equipment. This product does an OK job. It does what it is expected to do. It does what I was hoping it would do. It actually does work on cleaning up cat guck on a shag rug but you have to be careful not to press down too hard or the rotating brushes will automatically stop and shut the machine off. Once you get used to it it works well. There is also a scrubber brush attachment that you can swap out for the rotating brush. I prefer the rotating brush that is why I paid so much for this. Somebody mentioned it had the suction power of a dirt devil… I don’t think it has even that… But it’s sufficient to get all of the cat guck and 1/2 to 3/4 of the water out of your carpet if you don’t saturate it too much, and then let it air dry. It’s not going to do anywhere near the job of a professional or a higher end carpet cleaner… But to be able to walk over to a small cabinet and pull it out, fully charged… Walk over and clean up the cat guck… without too much bending or lifting or assembly or disassembly… And be done in roughly 2 to 3 minutes.… I think this is worth it. I still think it’s overpriced for the amount of power it has… I feel it should be in the $79 range… But the convenience of storage and not having to haul out some thing bulky is worth it to me. It got a 4 star from me. If it had more suction I would’ve given it a five. :-)

Easy & effective
I wish I took before & after so I could share, but this is amazing. I just moved & had brand new carpets installed last month, and within my first week, my dog threw up & since my cat threw up hair balls three times. I used mutliple different products to clean the carpet, and it wasn't fully coming up. My husband then went and scrubbed each as hard as he could, and we could still see it. The day this came in, I charged it and went right to work & I swear within two minutes they were completely gone. My carpet is a very light grey and high piled. This was literally so easy to use & was worth the money.

great spot cleaner
We primarily use this to clean up after an elderly pet that doesn't always make it to the litter box. After running through the cleaning solution that comes with it we just spray the spot with resolve or equivalent and use this little wet vac to sprary and clean up. The only reason i don't give it 5 stars is that it's a bit of a pain to take a part every time and clean. The plug to empty the holding tank should be on the opposite side as the water intake. that way you could run the water through it while it empties making it easier, quicker and cleaner.

Great spot cleaner.
I bought this because I have a 13 year old & 9 year old dogs. We tried to spot clean with a can of foam cleaner, I also have a full size carpet cleaner but it is too much work for a few spots here & there. But this little machine did the trick. My biggest cleanup was dried up dog poop that I didn’t notice for a few days , so it was stuck on really good. This machine did the job with no problems, carpets look brand new now. It came with 2 small bottles of carpet cleaners, but I found more at Walmart for $12.99. I picked up 2 bottles, so I know where to get more solution. I recommend this machine for spot cleaning. ????????

So lightweight and actually worked!
Very pleasantly surprised this very lightweight handheld cleaned up cat stains vomit and litter box accidents within minutes. Very little effort excellent results! The only drawback is the higher price of the shampoo and it doesn't last long at all, but in the scheme of things, still a great product!

Perfect for stairs and hard to reach areas that our large stand up carpet cleaner can't get to.
I had been looking for something to get the normal dirt tracked in from children/adults/dogs off the stairs (which are carpeted with high pile). My standing carpet cleaner does not have any hose attachments, so I had been toiling over scrubbing the stairs instead. Finally, I had had enough and saw this advertised for a great deal. After purchasing it, it definitely did the job. The main downside is that it is a rechargeable battery operated version, and it takes a while for it to charge for about 30 minutes of use. So if you need it for longer than that, buy a backup battery or look for one with a cord. I was overall satisfied with the purchase though.

I have a small dog that has health issues, so small messes. This spit cleaner is terrific. It sprays cleaner, scrubs spot and then vacuums it all up. Small easy to use. Easy to clean

Excellent! Great machine , not too heavy.
Nice added touch to having a little cleaner to try and see how well it works! And it works well!!! Nice machine! Light weight and highly recommend. Lots of power, but not a lot of noise. Seems fantastic thus far. I used it for my cloth sofa. I do recommend buying more cleaner fluid. 1 day delivery on the cleaner fluid when I ran out. Very nice!

Disappointing does not clean as advertised.
Does not clean on low pile carpet after dog accident. Hard to get all the pieces apart. Nothing in tank after a spill.
