Tutti i giocatori segnano la somma dei loro punti; Se il chiamante Cabo ha (o è in pareggio) la somma più bassa, ottiene 0 punti (invece del giocatore con il punteggio più basso che riceve sempre 0 punti). Penalità di 10 punti per aver perso una chiamata CABO (invece di 5). Penalità per carte non corrispondenti: tieni tutte le carte, inclusa quella estratta, una in più per ogni carta aggiuntiva che non corrisponde (invece di nessuna penalità). Fun game but didn’t really need a deluxe
My guy and I like this game a lot. It’s easy to learn and scoring can be lower if you only have a short window of time and don’t want to play to 100. When I saw the deluxe version, I immediately bought for my guy… without totally understanding what it was. The original game comes with one deck of cards, instructions, quick reference cards and a small score pad. This deluxe version has all that but with 2 decks and a larger score pad, making it easier to play with more people. The backs of the cards have different designs than the original, but not the front, which was a little disappointing. I was hoping for some diversity there and maybe a different view of Cabo the “elusive unicorn”. Anyway, since we mostly play with just us, I’m not sure we necessarily needed the deluxe version. But.. it’s still our most go to game after playing it for over for 2 years!

A delightful card game for everyone!
I bought CABO as a filler game option that could be easily carried around and played with a wide range of ages and folks. The first time I played it was with my friends 6, 10 and 12 year old kids… and they all loved it! What was especially wonderful was that the memory element of the game served as an equalizer for young children playing adults. The six year old never came in last and won once. So I gifted that single CABO game to the kids and immediately bought this deluxe edition. Aside from having two decks (versus one) it’s essentially the same game but now I can have two games going at separate tables because the limit of four players always meant someone was waiting to play… and anyone not playing will eventually walk over and wonder why you all are laughing and having so much fun. The sole constructive thing I can say that this version has over the single deck game is that the card box on the single deck was meh. Not bad, but definitely not built for the long term. TLDR: Buy it… you’ll love it and have a lot of laughs and good times. The rules are simple, the memory element keeps young folks (age 6+) competitive and there are quite a few mind games you can play with each other to elevate what seems like a simple game into a classic. Don’t assume it’s just a family game. It’s an everyone game! Buy it!!!

Love it but the cards wear out too quicly
We love this game and we play it a lot. So we have discovered that the cards wear out rather quickly. *See photo: The graphics on the cards on the left are worn out compared to those from a little bit newer deck on the right - although the newer ones are already showing some wear.* The cards also quickly lose their sheen and begin to stick together. There is a lot of shuffling required to play a full game, as well as sliding the cards on the table, so the cards do get a lot of use. I contacted Bezier Games and they suggested that I buy card sleeves to protect the cards. I'm going to try that. They are also showing good business by offering to send me a new replacement deck. But I think it would be better if they found a way to produce higher quality cards.

My students loved playing it in strategy games. (Grades 4-6) plus I’ve played it with all adults and we had fun too.

I own 400-500 board and card games. This year Cabo has seen far more plays than any others. It’s simple fast and friendly for all ages.

Sencillo y competitivo
Un juego fácil de sacar a mesa , con una explicación rápida y una duración de 45 minutos por partida. Recomiendo mucho poner fundas a las cartas por que se deben mezclar de manera continua y así mantener en buen estado las cartas. Un excelente juego que no debe faltar en una ludoteca.

Simplemente Cabo
Simple, sencillo, pero muy divertido. Es cierto, se puede jugar con una baraja de cartas, pero se pierde el espíritu cuando no existe la posibilidad de ver al unicornio Cabo escondido entre tus cartas.

Liked the game and liked that Amazon didn’t waste a big box to deliver it with. But could do with maybe a layer of cupboard to at least protect from dents that’s inevitable in a soft bag.
