Beyond Glow Foam Cleanser
I have tried several of the Beyond Glow products now. Some have been a hit for me but this one is a miss. As much as I love the light citrus fragrance, the convenient tube it comes in, and the way it lathers on my face - I was not happy on other issues. When I ran the ingredients through a cosmetic checker site 7 of them had the potential to cause fungal acne. 4 were potentially comedogenic and 2 were potential allergens. That’s a lot of potential issues. As I am prone to little breakouts, I will have to use this as a body wash and not on my face going forward. That said if you don’t have sensitive skin you may like this. Ingredients: Water, Glycerin, Myristic Acid, Butylene Glycol, Potassium Hydroxide, Stearic Acid, Lauric Acid, Potassium Cocoyl Glycinate, Glycol Stearate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Triticum Vulgare (Wheat) Sprout Extract, Malt Extract, Quercus Acutissima Fruit Extract, Gynostemma Pentaphyllum Extract, Hydrangea Serrata Leaf Extract, Sasa Quelpaertensis Extract, Sea Silt Extract, Trichosanthes Kirilowii Root Extract, 1,2-Hexanediol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Trisodium EDTA, Fragrance, Limonene, Linalool

Rich, soft, soothing, luxurious dense foam with a lime-tinged light fragrance
This is one of those cleansers that starts out as a pea-size amount of creamy paste that, when applied to a wet face with wet hands, turns into the most luxurious dense foam imaginable. If you have not tried a cleanser like this, I must tell you that it is quite a lovely experience. It is a large tube, too, so this over-five ounce tube will last a long time. It is a very nice cleanser, and leaves my face feeling clean, moisturized and refreshed. And--for me--that is what I need in a cleanser. To make it perfect, I like my cleanser to be a pleasurable experience, and this cleanser fills that bill, too--with the creamy foam and a lovely fragrance. I've had the opportunity to try five products in the "Beyond Glow" line from Botanical Skin Care. For the most part, I can say positively, that much attention to detail went into this combination of products: There is quality and similarity of fragrance and packaging. But, except for this cleanser and the essence, the line--as a whole--is not for me! The toner, the eye cream, the Aqua Boost cream are way too sticky for me! And it all feels like a heavy layer sitting on top of my skin. But I do like this cleanser! And the Moisture Essence is not too sticky at all. So, two out of five.... The fragrance is light and very nice--a bit lime-y, fresh, sweet, not citrus-y sharp or tangy. If you don't mind sticky, or if sticky is what you are used to, (I don't know, it might depend on your location, skin type or whatever), this line has many things going for it, and it is a fairly complete line of products, in that it contains most of the products that one needs in the course of a day: Cleanser, toner, essence, cream, oil, peel, eye cream. I don't see a lightweight daily lotion, but the essence comes close and might take the place of that. And it all seems to have decent value. And the lids--you will love them. (Except on this cleanser, which has a hinged, lift-up lid.) These are the most user-friendly, easy-to-manage-manipulate, sturdy lids I have ever run across! Seriously, I bet you will love them: Square-ish, with slightly pillowed-out four sides. So easy to turn!

Lovely, but Drying
This is a rich feeling cream with a divine scent that I think smells like peaches with a touch of honeysuckle. Others have said an orange citrus scent and that could be right. It smells great whatever it smells like. I love washing my face with it because it feels more like a face cream than a soap. It foams nicely and feels luxurious. I am sorry to say it is drying. The red patch that appears above my nose when my skin is dry is gradually appearing and this cleanser is the only new thing I am using right now. Disappointing because I like everything about using it.

Nice Scent!
This face cleanser smells very nice. It lathers well, too. It has a creamy consistency. It doesn't dry out my skin. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars, is that it causes minor stinging in my eyes. I have sensitive eyes and some skincare products cause irritation. I really should start keeping track of the ingredients in those products so I can figure out what it is. The stinging was mild and not bad enough that I would stop using it. Some products I've used sting and burn so much that I have to step out of the shower and blot my eyes with a towel or close my eyes for a minute or two. Then those cleansers are passed on to my sister. This wasn't that bad. Of course, I must say that I try to always be careful and avoid the eye area, but sometimes the water from the shower complicates things or it's just the fumes that cause irritation. I do like this cleanser and it's definitely an affordable product.
