The TYR Unisex Cuffed Ribbed Beanie is well made and looks great. I think it is a little too small at least for my big head.

Love this one...

I have so many, too many beanies. It's time to sort through and give some away. This one gets to de-throne one of my other ones that doesn't fit as well. One Size; always a little scary. This looser knit beanie, while one size is not tight like some of my others. I mean, you want a little snug, but not so much that it leaves marks on your forehead. This seems just right. It is a thicker, chunkier kind of look and feel with white yarn mixed with the gray (I ordered the Heather Gray). It's a good look. The laundering instructions in the garment on the care tag are a bit interesting (paraphrasing): "hand wash after each use...hang dry" Won't be doing that. I guess if you're wearing this after a swim and your chlorinated hair is all in it, that might make sense, but for just daily wear, why would I wash it after every wear??? Also, those instructions in the garment conflict with what is on the product page which says: "machine wash". So, when mine gets washed, it will be in a lingerie bag washed cold in my machine, and yes, I will hang it dry. Stats: With the cuff in place, as the hat came out of the bag, this measures: 9.25" from the top in the center to the bottom of the cuff. The opening laid flat, slack (after I wore it a couple times...) from side to side, on the inside, measures: 7.75" (so double that). This appears to be of quality materials and manufacturing. Cute beanie!

So I love having a beanie for when I’m going outside on a bike ride with my dog and my head is going to be cold. It is a one size fits all and I do think I probably have a larger head so it was a little bit tighter on me then it may be on you if your head is smaller. However it wasn’t uncomfortable at all, was stylish and ultimately a kept my head warm which is all I wanted it to do. I’m not a fan of having tags on the outside of anything but for some reason this one actually looks kind of cool. I don’t know his brand I’m not sure anyone knows this brand but maybe we can make it a thing by all sporting it. I’ve worn this at least a dozen times and no issues or concerns with it falling apart. 5 stars!

nicer than pictured, not as warm as expected

Fair discloser, I am a swim coach and mother to 5 competitive swimmers. I know that it is hard to get swimmers to wear these caps . . . at least female swimmers. But it really is helpful when it's cold and they have wet hair (ack, when did my mom start writing this!?!) This hat arrived bagged. The hat is sized nicely and has the right amount of stretch to be comfortable for my tweens, teens, and myself. The knit is a soft loose knit and feels great to the touch. I think it is more stylish than the other beanies Tyr offers. As a result of being loose, however, it is not nearly as warm as tighter knits. The color is nicer than shown, a true heathered grey with light and dark grey without any green or brown undertones. It also is more balanced in color than the picture, there's no stark white in the hat. I like the wide cuff as it allows you to adjust it a bit for height (like if they have the bun on the top of their head) but the leather tyr patch does limit how you can fold it up. I was unable to find any manufacturing flaws.

Trendy, Cool and Warm

I am unfamiliar with this brand but it is thick, warm and fits around my medium sized head just perfectly. It is well made and now a staple for my dog walks in the winter. The color looks exactly like the photo.

Great comfortable cap!

This hat is so warm. Quality is good. Elasticity has plenty of give to allow me to put my hands inside stretch and then fit onto my head without totally messing up my hair. Will def get another. Good winter wardrobe staple.

Snug; Super cute

This TYR Unisex Cuffed Ribbed Beanie is pretty cute. However, I have a smallish head, and I admit that I had to wrestle my head into this hat. It seems to run a bit small. It's attractive, it's warm, it's soft--thank goodness it's stretchy, too. It won't fall off your head, that's for sure. The cuffed sides mean it has an extra layer or two over your ears. It's not a light hat--it's made of ultra-thick knitted material that's intended to keep your head toasty. Highly recommended for anyone. This is a gender-neutral hat that will work for all.

Warm and comfy - but snug!

This is a nice, warm beany hat, but it is smallish! I have fairly large size punkin' head, and while the hat stretches to fit it is snug. It's still comfortable, but if it shrinks at all when washed it will be too small for me, but would probably fit most people still. I like the thickness and the cable-knit look of the wider ribs, and the heather gray color is attractive and almost matches my heather gray hair. Should be a welcome bit of warmth and comfort for this winter.
