Lightweight Stockings Perfect For Decorating
This is a lightweight fabric jumbo version of a traditional Christmas stocking. We bought a few. Two we used as decorations, filling each to almost to the top with the air pillows used to protect boxed items in shipping. On top we placed empty boxes individually wrapped and topped with bows. Invisibly taped together to help them stay in place, they helped give the illusion of stocking overfilled with a plethora of gifts. With the air pillows and empty boxes, the stockings were light enough to hang with each stocking's two provided loops. Very eye catching, every visitor coming into the room remarked on and complimented them without fail. We used the third stocking to welcome a family friend that arrived after Christmas to stay awhile. I ripped it a little stuffing if with boxes, fruit and candy and it was too heavy to hang. Still, it was pretty impressive looking once we had it propted up on bed pillows to lean it against the headboard. i hung these outside... through several windy and wet storms these guy stayed put... i was certain the wind and rain would rip them apart, but no... better than expected

Jumbo!
I’m 5’7” and this comes up to chest height when standing in the toe. One side is felt and other is like the material under a mattress so it’s not reversible. Good quality for a few good uses.

Tears easily, be careful
The shape of the stocking is great, and it looks as cool as the pictures. The material is classic stocking material, BUT it's quite thin as you can see in the picture. It's unfortunate to have a stocking that could fit all the presents under the tree, but not be built to be able to support the weight such a large stocking warrants. This tore because I put two boxes side by side in it, they were lightweight, but I was trying to get them to fit next to each other and as I maneuvered one to fit next to the other it ripped. Thereafter I was much more careful and was able to tape up the hole and finish loading up the stocking, treat it delicate, don't put anything pokey in it and it will hold (a box corner tore mine). Once I carefully loaded it up I was able to put quite a bit in it. Unfortunately hanging it wasn't going to work as one of the straps pulled off when I tried to lift it. So we just sat these on the floor next to the fire place and leaned them against the wall.

Great, held a ton!!
This thing was perfect! It held: - wall mountable storage bins for a garage workshop - a men's size large wool pea coat - 2 pairs of athletic shorts - 1 t shirt - 2 flannel button up shirts - tons of candy and small stocking stuffers - a dremel - safety/ emergency kit - large throw blanket And it could have fit more! The only bummer was that the little hanging loop broke easily, but it was great for the money.

It's BIG
Love it. My husband I have pretty big stockings and I lost mine somehow. I ordered this and it is huge. My husband took it, determined to fill it but obviously intimidated lol. Thankfully for him I found my old one and he was relieved. We are going to use this stocking to transport our family gifts to my fathers house, so as a gift sac. lol
