It is SO HARD to find a wide width shoe with a decent heel height! and Cute! and not fuddy duddy! and even harder to find a shoe with a strap! I have feet that are wide in the toe area, but a lot of shoes that are wide width are too wide in the heels for me (including most naturalizer shoes) so a strap is key to keep them from slipping off. and I insist that my heels are at least 3" high (otherwise why wear a heel? Plus I find 2.5" heels an akward height to walk in....either have a heel or don't have a heel, please). These are nice and tall and fit my feet!!! These are amazing!! and beautiful!! Are they the most comfortable shoes I own? No, that title belongs to my asics. But they are decently comfortable heels, that I could wear to work, walking around as I do at work, or wear to a wedding, or wear to whereever. OK maybe not hiking, but anywhere one might wear heels. hats off to naturalizer for making such a perfect shoe!!! I bought these in the neutral blush tone. I am back on amazon looking at more colors..... Oh i cannot tell you how happy I am to have found these shoes!!!

Not returnable if defective.
I have been buying this item for several years and I never had an issue with the size or the quality but unfortunately today, I noticed that the left side shoe makes a squeaky noise. The item arrived on time but the return policy isn’t reasonable, at this price point the seller should reconsider the return policy because I won’t be buying from them anymore. The shoes have less than a month and I can’t fixed them: Disappointed!!!

Seems this brand has gone down in quality.
The shows came well packed. Was a red dot on it, so possibly final sale from some store. Bought for my sister who I will meet in September as she live over seas. The toe box for a 7.5 W is very narrow. Abnormally so. Defectively so. I am thinking of returning and getting it from the company itself. The platform has a seam that is visible. Paid 93 for it so as a rebate from 125, it is good. I only hope that it fits my sisters wide boned (not fat or fleshy) feet.

They're adorable!
They're super cute. It's just going to take a while for my feet to break in. Because they hurt my feet for now because they're new shoes. Other than that, the shoes are adorable!

Flexible fashion/all occasions
I've had a ton of compliments. I wore them with a cocktail dress to a holiday party as well as a professional dress at work - the style is timeless. The heels are easy to walk in, I'm not a "high" heal person, but had no trouble walking in these/wearing them all day. The only disappointment was the comfort factor. Most platform shoes I've purchased have better padding, but these are as hard as shoes with a thin sole.

Really well made size up half a size
They seem to be made well, have nice cushioning, ran short. Packaging was non-existant: came in a plastic bag. Weren't damaged but boy they sure could have been. I'm exchanging for a half size up.

Plain Versatile Mary Janes
A nice, basic, neutral Mary Jane. Not particularly interesting but more comfortable than I expected. The plastic heel tip is slippery so I'm having it replaced with a rubber tip. My normal shoe size in this brand is consistently a 4.5. When you wear size 4.5, you cannot be too picky.

Wide Width not needed
I loved these shoes and they seemed so comfy! Except too wide. Four stars is because the reviews led me astray. All the reviews said order extra wide. I was later told by a friend that I don’t have wide feet. That most women who beat children do, I’ve never had kids. I certainly don’t have narrow feet though. Oh well. I would recommend that you order your normal size.

Only narrow at the toes!
These are beautiful shoes. Ordered in narrow, but found only the toes to be narrow. The heel was far too wide for my narrow feet. Even with the strap tightened, I couldn't keep them from slipping to the point that my heel was completely out of the shoe. The strap sits low enough on the foot that it allows your foot to lift out. It may be that the pair I got was stretched by someone else trying them, as the left was a lot looser than the right. Even if they hadn't been tried on before I got them, they would have still been too wide at the heel for me.

Gorgeous comfy shoes
The size fits great but I needed the wide instead of regular. I find naturalizer does fit a little snug. Otherwise so comfy. And stylish. These are my second pair and I love them.

Very Well Fitted
These are beautiful and comfortable, easier to walk in than you’d expect because of the platform. I usually wear a 9M or 8.5W but only 9W was available, so I bought them and they fit very well.
