Great exercise ball!

I love this exercise ball. Outside is a bit tacky-feeling and easy to keep hands, feet, any body parts in place. Inflation was quick and easy with no leaks around the stem. I am 5'6" and got the 65 cm size. There is some sort of measuring tape with the ball but I didn't use that - just inflated until it felt fairly solid but with some give when sat on. I would definitely recommend this ball - try using it for abdominal crunches. . .yeow!!

An affordable and quality exercise ball for fitness

I bought this exercise ball to use as part of the Athlean-X program. It is easy to inflate with the included pump and it feels sturdy and durable. It is also anti-burst and slip resistant, which gives me peace of mind. It also comes in different sizes and colors, and the guide in the product pictures helped me choose the right height based on my body height. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality exercise ball at a reasonable price.

Great Stability ball

I was looking for a stability ball to replace my old one, and I wanted something that was slip resistant and not a smooth ball. I was pleased with the texture and quality of the ball for the price I paid, it feels thick and good quality. I'm also glad it included a pump but it was smaller than my old one so it took longer to pump up, I ended up using my old pump because it was bigger. Hopefully it will last long, my boys like playing with it.

Quality ball, need 34” for sitting at desk

This ball is definitely made of high-quality material and I love that it has a two year warranty which I didn’t even know till I got the paper with the ball. I bought this 30” ball for both doing core exercises and sitting at my desk because this 53 y/o woman is getting hip pain sitting in a nice office chair at her home office. My desk is 28 1/2 inches high and even though I am 57 with about an inch taller torso than average, I’m definitely going to need that extra 4 inches on the 34 inch ball instead. Don’t let people fool you these balls WILL blow up to the proper diameter (the seam is the center), but you will need to likely use some packing tape to tape the nozzle to the tube and to the ball and tape the tube to the pump to pump it up hands-free. (see photos). BONUS! For anyone looking to buy these balls or use these balls for exercise you’ll love the extra 30 minutes it takes to pump up by hand, but at least they give you the pump for free, extra nozzle, plug, and forks to pull the plugs out! ????

Good ball for the price

So this Yoga ball seems to be pretty good for the price, you get a large ball that is relatively durable and it is easy to use. Almost seems perfect except for it deflating slowly over time, needing re-filled almost each time it is used. I bought this not for exercise or yoga of any kind, but for VR. Being an avid VR user I find I want a spot I can actually sit, but as I am in my living room I don't have any chairs in reach of my space to use, hence me buying this. It works wonderfully for the purpose, letting me at any time roll it over and just pop a squat in VRchat for a bit. My only complaint is it doesn't hold the air for a long time, needing to be pumped up again occasionally.

Very useful and good quality

I just received this and I'm really enjoying it. It's great for a lot of different exercises and the size chart seems accurate as I purchased one based on that chart and it's perfect. The pump is a bit flimsy but it worked and doesn't take long to inflate. Overall, super happy with the price and the quality seems good so far.

Good value

It’s a good price, and some people have mentioned it takes forever to inflate. I sat on the couch and watched tv while I switched between hand pumping, foot pumping or pumping between my knees. It did take 30 minutes to inflate, but I was watching tv while actively pumping so it’s not like I was wasting my life away. The size I got is appropriate to my own size. I have noticed that the ball’s air deflates with cold air. Once winter rolled around and it got cold in my house the ball lost air (not a ton but needed to be repumped a bit). This is not in itself a dealbreaker, especially since you usually have to inflate your tires in the winter bc they lose air. So I guess this is normal, but still a pain. I’ve had this for several months and it holds my weight just fine for all sorts of crunches, planks and hamstring exercises. I’d definitely recommend this to someone looking for this type of product.

I LOVE IT! And use it as a desk chair for work at home

The yoga ball is perfect for use both as a yoga / exercise ball and as a chair! It came as advertised and with all the pieces intact (nothing broken or bent). I love that it comes with a manual pump and a little paper tape measurer so you can measure how wide or tall it is at any point while blowing it up! My mum purchased this yoga ball a month ago as a way to exercise while working at home during quarantine. She has arthritis in her back and this ball has been helping her get some relief while at home, combined with going to the physiotherapist. (ps. I want to be careful and say that I don't think the ball is intended for back injuries, however just in my experience, it has been helping my mum while at home). I found myself borrowing it a lot from her so I decided to buy my own! Now I use it as my desk chair of sorts! :) I inflated my mum's yoga ball with the provided pump. It was a little tiresome since I was doing it with my hands (much faster to use your feet) but it pumped up pretty fast and was easy to deflate as well! For mine my dad found our electric pump, so I used that and it went much faster, but the pump they provide is still great! It was also easy to pack away in a box with the extra parts they provide as well! Overall, would recommend! It's affordable and works wonders for me! Plus it's fun! :)

Great product but the colour may be different than what is pictured here.

I purchased this yoga ball to use as a chair because I have lower back problems and heard that these types of balls are good for that purpose. I'm a heavier individual so I'm usually hesitant to sit on yoga balls let alone buy one but the description said it was tested up to 2,000 lbs, the price was great and a 2 year warranty was included so I figured why not try it out and I'm so glad that I did! This ball is extremely comfortable to sit on and feels very sturdy! My toddler loves sitting in my lap while I bounce on the ball and it's become her new favourite reading spot. I honestly wish that I would've had this ball when my kids were first born because I could've bounced them to sleep while also getting some exercise in myself! I love bouncing around on the ball while watching tv and use it in place of a chair whenever possible. It has a good grip so it stays in place really well and doesn't roll around like other products that I've tried. It also comes with a foot pump that is extremely easy to use and does an excellent job! I even used it to inflate other balls around the house! I've had this yoga ball for a few weeks now and it's still the same size as when I first inflated it. It's been used on a daily basis and has kept up with 2 very curious and energetic children! I bought the XXL size when I should have got an XL but it still works really well for what I need so I decided to keep it. I chose the blue ball, which was depicted as a dark blue on the website but the one I received was a very light blue so it's possible that you may receive a different colour than what is shown here. All in all a great product which I would highly recommend to anyone. I'm actually bouncing on it right now while writing this review!

A Great Ball to work with..

I ordered this 75cm exercise ball so I could continue my physiotherapy at home. I've had back surgery recently and it was recommended that I continue exercising at home. One of my routines was working with a ball. I found it to be very beneficial in my recovery process. So I found this one on amazon. Can't remember if it's the same make as the one at the physio? But anyway this ball is great to work with. Helps me out a lot as i didn't want to lose the muscle and strength I gained over the past year or so. It's just the right size for me as I am 6 foot. It came with a pump which I found useful, but a little slow to inflate, so I used a bike pump instead. But yeah once it was inflated to the size I needed it's been great to work with. There was no smell I could notice when it was removed from it's wrap. I let it sit for about 24 hours before inflating, and it was ready to use. Great quality to this, as it is thick and should last me a good while. Very happy with this purchase and i would highly recommend Balance From to anyone like me who's looking for a ball at home. Price was cheaper than the stores I looked at and it didn't take long to arrive in the mail.. My thanks to Balance From,,great product...

Good yoga ball

The ball was very easy to inflate using the foot-pumping tool provided. Also, a measuring tape is provided to measure the size you want the ball to pump up to. The ball is perfect for any type of exercise or workout. Great price and very good quality and I highly recommend purchasing this product if you're in the market for a yoga ball.

Seemed like a great exercise ball - don't try using it as a herding dog ball

This review is for anyone else with a herding dog that, like me, is thinking about DIY-ing a herding ball for their dog. First, I can comment generally on it as an exercise ball - it was easy (albeit time intensive and a good workout) to inflate using the provided hand/foot pump. It inflated in about 15 minutes of non-intensive pumping with breaks, and got quite firm. Very pleased with the quality, but I can't comment on durability with regular use. I'd like to buy another one to use as an exercise ball! For the dog folks - we then wrapped the entire ball in $20 of duct tape, to make it more rugged/durable, but that was laughably insufficient. Maybe if your dog will push it around without jumping on it or biting at it AT ALL, this would work. But (despite starting really slow and trying to teach her how to just boop it with her nose) our dog did both of those things and tore the duct tape immediately, then finally snagged a tooth in it after about 5 minutes and it died a very sad death. She did have SO much fun for those 5 minutes though, wow. Now, I haven't tried patching it yet... maybe that can extend the life of it. Maybe coating it entirely in silicone caulking or something would work better than duct tape. Or heavy duty fabric. That's how the name brand herding balls are sold - an inflated ball like this with a very tough fabric cover. Maybe we'll try DIYing that next.
