It's a gorgeous bag, looks just as pictured and described. Love the color (directorie blue), and the beautiful quality fabric that looks like silk, plus the overall style, the pockets, etc. The only downside is, this bag won't stand up when you set it down, so you have to either prop it up against something or lay it on its side, but even then, it slips around. After a few weeks of dealing with this, I found it quite annoying. It's why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. But I still love this bag, though I found it to be too small for my normal everyday use, but that's just a very personal preference, and for you, the size may be just fine. I plan to use this bag on special occasions when I don't need to carry much stuff and when I want a more dressy look or just feel in the mood for this color and style. The inside just basically fits my cellphone, plus a small wallet. I can, however, fit a few things in the various inner and outer pockets, like paper notes, checkbooks, and small items. The card slots work fine, I just personally prefer a regular wallet. The two small front zippered pockets don't fit much of anything because anything you put in them makes the bag bulge out too much. But I'm still glad I bought this bag, since I love the color, material, quality and look of the bag, and it works for situations where I want to travel light and not carry a wallet. It was also their only bag that fit my budget and color preferences. But I ended up buying an inexpensive large tote bag from another company to carry stuff in, plus I plan to buy a larger purse, as well, but not a Baggallini because I can't afford them. I do like the long shoulder strap that's on this bag and on many other Baggallini bags, which many companies don't offer nowadays, and it's adjustable. I'm using the detachable little purse for notes that I keep near my chair, not inside the bag, as I bought a new wallet that has a coin purse on it so I don't need the attached little coin purse/wristlet for coins. So, this bag is fine for those who want something very lightweight, small, yet practical, who don't like to carry a lot of stuff. Just beware that you'll need to set it up against something or on a table, and that if you leave it unzipped, when you set it down, anything loose inside can easily fall out. If you want a bigger bag, and one that stands up on its own, do look at other Baggallini bags, as they have a ton of sizes and styles and are good quality bags. They're just a bit too expensive for me. But if price is no object, I'm sure you'll find just the right bag that suits you, as they have tons of sizes and styles, and colors both vibrant and neutral, both in plain colors and in designs.
