UPDATED REVIEW: Great customer service too!
I already loved this bag and when a seam tear appeared soon after the warranty expired they were quick to extend it slightly so they could service the bag. Good service is really hard to find these days! --------- I play up to 50 nine-hole rounds a year and mostly walk with a pushcart. I had a very nice walking bag but got tired of my clubs’ handles getting stuck with one another within the bag because there weren’t separate dividers for each club. After a lot of research I settled on this Bag Boy because: - tons of pockets - individual divider slot for each club - hybrid design that is better for pushcarts, good for golf carts, but can be carried if needed An excellent bonus is that I use a Bag Boy Cart that was compatible with the locking mechanism integrated into the bag. So instead of strapping in the bag to the cart, I just slide it on the locking mechanism and away I go. It’s a little thing but just makes each round that mich more convenient (and the locking system is much tighter than straps). I took the insulated bag cooler out of its spacious slot and use that pocket to store a down vest instead. Although this insulated bag is marketed heavily by the company, I’m not a golf course drinker so didn’t need it - the extra pocket is great! Overall pro’s: - good looking bag - individual slots for clubs - tons of pockets - nice locking feature with bag boy carts - hybrid design favors push carts but could be carried and works well on driving carts too. - great price-to-feature ratio Con’s: - not optimal for carrying (has a single strap not double and its shape isn’t great for walking) - long side pockets are pretty shallow so do not hold a lot of apparel (I carry rain jacket and pants in one pocket, a wind jacket in the other, and put my vest in the insulated bag pocket) - to be fair, the sheer number of pockets makes up for this - minor complaint: the towel strap is Velcro so should be able to be used to stick to my golf glove, but there’s a rubber logo on the outside that makes it a bit more awkward to secure. Overall this is a great buy especially if you use a Bag Boy pushcart that has the compatible locking mechanism!

No deficiencies here
I bought a Bag Boy Quad push cart with the bag locking system so decided it made sense to get their bag with the matching lock system. Good marketing. Didn't really need a new bag but this duo has worked out great. I am pretty picky about golf bags, their pockets, design, etc. and this bag is wonderful. The cooler compartment with removable bag is so handy. If you do not use it as a cooler you can stuff all your important stuff in there, zip the cooler bag, stuff it in the pocket and zip the pocket. No way you will lose your keys, cell, wallet etc with this routine. Not that the bag lacks other compartments for valuables, this just really secures everything. The bag slips easily into the cart lock. Note, first trip out I made the mistake of letting the bag/cart get away from me and down a hill where it tipped over. I feared the plastic locking system may have broken. Not the case. The product absorbed the fall without incident and it took a pretty hard fall. The stand which pops out to support the bag is also very sturdy. All in all there is nothing deficient about this bag. As long as you like individual slots for each club (any bag that has this can sometimes still seem difficult to get clubs in and out) I would buy this bag. The small side upper zipper pocket is nicely lined with soft material. For me I like to keep ONLY what I need to start a round in there. Divit repair tool, my martini tee, a balk marker that slips on my hat, lip balm and a new pro V. I just open the zipper, grab everything and I can start my round quickly without digging around through several pockets to find stuff. Great product. Get it if you need a serious, non-tour size bag.

NOT a cart bag.
Callaway or Amazon needs to change the product description. This is not a cart bag. It is a stand bag. I called Amazon because of conflicting information and she assured me it was a cart bag. It is not. Going back. If you need a stand bag, it's fine. A little large for carrying but a nice bag.

Excellent bag
The size is exactly what I needed, a good size bag with legs. I spend a lot of time looking at / comparing many golf bags, features, and prices. This seemed like the one, and I'm not disappointed. There are so many small details that makes this bag very convenient, such as a small sleeve to store my water retriever inside the pocket. Lift handles make it convenient. I like having the area to slide the strap into when it's on a cart or my Bag Boy cart. Speaking of which, it is handy to have the lock system where it locks onto my cart without strapping it on (I removed the straps from my cart). The material is sturdy, however the weight is very light. It it indeed a hybrid bag, and one of the best bags that I've owned, especially for the money...

I LOVE THIS BAG
I LOVE THIS BAG. Replaces a very old bag I was using (15 years old - but still in good shape!). I've finally upgraded my clubs and the 14 full length separators are exactly what i was looking for. Plenty of pockets and room for just about anything you'll need during a round. The added cooler is a bonus (probably wiser to put 2 cans and ice in it rather than trying to squeeze 3 cans and ice. Three cans fit - but not alot of room left for the ice!). Seems very sturdy and for all it offers, it is relatively light weight. Love this purchase!

Beware, seems like returned damaged inventory, not green, not NXO
The Bag Boy Chiller Hybrid is a great bag. That said, this item/seller has several problems. 1. It has a rip in the seam in the valuables pocket. Not exactly the best place for a tear. Didn't find it until the first time I took it out. Luckily that pocket is inside the larger side pocket. 2. It is incorrectly listed as an NXO bag. (Someone did confirm it was a chiller hybrid in Q&A before I bought it). 3. It's listed at green and silver, but I received a much uglier navy and red bag. If the price of something seems too good to be true, it usually is.
