This is not a paid review. This is a 'this thing has been so much help I want everyone to have one' review. It has 3 different levels which is a big help for getting the most out of the battery. The lightest setting is great for light touch up or for light rugs (which a larger vacuum or higher setting will get stuck on from inhaling the rug.) The strongest setting is best for deeper cleaning areas that get the most traffic. You can switch between the levels without having to stop and start the cleaner. Very helpful for the stairs because it's so light and easy to turn around. I use the crevice tool for the hard to get to spots and lately even for my sliding glass door tray when all the spring buds were filling it up. I use the small battery pack that came with it but would definitely advise one of the larger (4.0mAh) packs if you have larger carpeted areas. It's also been handy that you can just detach both at top and bottom so no need to grab a smaller hand vac for spotting if I am always using this one. I have had almost a year and use several times a week with no signs of it slowing down. It's fairly convenient to remove the filter canister and take it outside and dump it. I got most of my other V20 devices from Lowe's directly but was glad to see this on Amazon.

Awesome for my Kenworth and Toyota's
Been looking for a good vac for my Kenworth and after seeing another driver using this I gave it a try. Way better than my 12v plug in. Hands down. So, since I already own several Craftsman Li Ion tools I bought 2 of these and couldn't be happier. One for my personal vehicles and one for the KW. I also found bigger batteries on EBay and keep a spare charged up for the KW. I did a rundown test with the 2ah battery fully charged it gave me 13 min. That's not bad. If it takes you half of that to vac your truck, you might want to take a look at your cleaning cycle. Anyway, a buddy of mine is a big Dewalt guy and after seeing my Craftsman he bought his brand and brought it out to play. We had an unbiased person see if they could feel the suction difference and they couldn't. Personally, I couldn't either. I'm VERY happy with this purchase. I highly recommend. Big thumbs up.

Exactly as expected
Grew up with the first dust buster. This is better and uses a battery i have. I needed something to get into tough spots in the trailer and it's doing that job well.

Great vacuum!
Love the suction, manuverability, and portability. I've purchased no less than 4 vacuums in the past 3 years. This Craftsman is by far the best. I highly recommend it.

Pretty good!
The suction isn’t the best, but it’s on par with most other battery-powered hand-vacs and is a great investment if you have other craftsman V20 tools as the expensive batteries are interchangeable. ATTENTION: there are many questions posted for this item lamenting being unable to locate replacement filters. While they are unavailable here, you can get them from Ace Hardware’s site as well as other online vendors. Just do a web search for “filter” and the part number.

Not bad
Just got it so limited use with it, but from what ive seen so far the suction is surprisingly decent and does an overall good job at being able to grab dirt from carpets. The built-in way of cleaning dirt/dust off the filter by twisting it is actually pretty interesting and works well, never seen that before. Emptying the bin is pretty easy as well, similar to regular cyclone bagless type vacuums. The small swivel head allows for easy movement in tight spaces. Havent tried using the attachments yet but not being limited to only using the brush head or needing a hose is very nice. My other reason for buying it is to get an extra battery and charger though, but mostly for the vacuum itself. While a 2Ah battery may be fine for most things, you would be better off with AT LEAST using a 4Ah battery.

Ordered this product
Unfortunately never got this vacuum as it was delayed. It is a very good vacuum as I have seen it used by a family member when they purchased one . Good luck if you order one.

Light weight and easy to use
I like this vacuum but it’s a little difficult to snap the canister back on after using. I wish it had a clip at the top so you can hang it, because it’s hard to store. It’s very lightweight and easy to use though.

Great Handheld Vacuum
Works great, handy for quick clean-ups when working on projects since is uses the same battery as all my other Crafstman tools. Great value if you already have Craftsman 20V batteries and chargers.

Its great for dog hair
I like the fact it does a good job with dog hair. I bought it from amazon warehouse deals. It came with no battery but it was a good price.
