Not quite the "luxury" product I expected, but wow is it effective!
I have never owned a hairdryer that cost more than *maybe* $40 at the very most. I always dread drying my hair because I can only use the low speed since the noise bothers me so much when the dryer is on high, and usually just opt for wrapping it in a towel and letting it dry overnight. I decided to try this one after reading many reviews. My initial impression wasn't great: for something that I consider a substantial investment, the packaging felt very cheap, and the concentrator also felt cheap when snapping it onto the hair dryer. The whole machine just doesn't feel like I expected at all. I did intend to send it back, but then I tested it out. Unfortunately, my hair got sucked into the fan, which has never happened to me in my entire life. I do think that was just because I am used to a much larger hair dryer, and after that happened once I was easily able to keep that from happening again. I timed how long it took to dry my medium-length hair, and it went from freshly showered and towel-dried to 100% dry in under eight minutes! It wasn't as quiet as I had hoped, but I would compare the sound level on high to what most hair dryers I've used sound like on low. I was able to hear my music over the sound of it, which will improve my daily routine significantly. It's also lightweight enough that my arms weren't tired whatsoever, another first for me. Overall, now that I've used this dryer, I'm pleased with it. Now that I know what a difference a nicer hair dryer can make, I may save up for The Brand Name one everyone talks about and see what that's like, but I expect the T3 Micro will be either my main or travel hair dryer for a very long time.

As effective as the full size dryer by the same manufacturer.
I didnt notice any difference with this dryer compared with the original full size, which I use at home. The quality and effective drying are the same.

High quality product!
Had to buy a unit that had a cool feature for medical needs. This unit was the only that could be set on cold and use without holding the button down while using it. I bought cheaper hairdryers but they were too hot still. I previously had a T3 hairdryer but it died so this one fit my needs.

Flimsy parts
I like the dryer itself, but the concentrator attachment that comes with it is very cheaply made. It broke within six months, and the company said they wouldn’t replace it, as that part wasn’t covered under the two year warranty. Very disappointing, as this part is essential to the dryer functionality for me.

Great if you have joint problems!
I actually bought this after I dropped and broke my larger T3 my husband bought me for Christmas about 8 years ago. The heating element stopped working, and despite both my husband and my ten-year-old taking it apart to try to fix it, we could never figure it out. I have a joint condition that specifically affects my hands, wrists, elbows, and shoulders, so cheaper blow dryers are a no-go for me since they take so much longer, requiring me to hold my hands above my head longer as well. My husband actually suggested this one, thinking it might be lighter weight and easier for me to handle. It definitely is! And I swear it has just as much drying power as the larger version. I don't know if I will ever go back to the full size dryer at this point lol. Great dryer for the price.

Waiting for this to set the house on fire any day now.
I have a lot of relatively fine hair that takes forever to dry. In an attempt to shorten the time I spend blow drying my hair (and also be gentler on it), I was looking for an upgrade to my reliable old hair dryer. I have an armada of hair tools, but space is limited, so it seemed like a smart move to go for this small powerhouse. T3 is one of the three big (and most expensive) companies when it comes to hair tools for regular consumers. I figured I can’t go wrong. The truth is that this hair dryer is decent for travel, for your guest room or maybe for your teen, who wants their own hair dryer in their room. I took it on a week long trip and loved it for that. Other than that I have been nothing but disappointed. Let me explain why: 1. Drying power: it is marginally faster than my old hair dryer but not because it’s powerful. It can dry your hair faster on the highest setting because it gets really darn hot. So hot in fact that you have to be careful not to burn yourself; and the hot air even damages the concentrator attachment. See pictures. 2. Ion air technology: despite the claims of drying hair gentler it did not take long for me to notice that my hair takes a much bigger beating with this dryer. I have always used a heat protectant, but now I have effectively doubled the amount I use on my hair - as well as the hair oil that I put in the lengths and ends. Considering that I am using expensive product, I would have been much better off investing more money into my hair dryer initially than upping the amount of product used long term. 3. Durability: I bought this hair dryer sometime in December. It is now March and as you can tell from the pictures, the concentrator attachment has tiny cracks all over. I have no explanation other than the heat of the dryer cracking it. Isn’t that something that should have been discovered in product testing? I also don’t understand why it looks like it has been dragged through dirt. It is sitting on a little sill outside the bathroom and never leaves that spot except for when I use it. The one time I took it with me to travel, I tugged it between clothes to protect it. Also note that the attachment, even though it initially sat on the dryer very securely, now is loose and has even fallen off once. There is no visible damage other than the cracks. So it also must be warped from the heat. 4. Unexpected safety concerns: here is one that I did not expect from T3. The on/off switch SPARKS(!!) fairly often when turning the hair dryer off. At first I thought it was connected to other appliances in the house being turned on. So I turned them all off. It still happened. Then I realized that it happens just randomly. I don’t know when or how or why. So yes, this thing catching on fire is a serious concern to me. The good: one positive thing I will mention is the cold shot button. It works well. The hair dryer is also light and it looks nice. Conclusion: for the price and the name that this product carries, it wildly under delivers. I could have bought a ghd travel blow dryer for two thirds of the price and would have had the convenience of a fold in handle. Also, as I write this review, the larger model T3 hair dryer is on sale and only $10 more than this little “firecracker”. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more on an actual hair dryer. I’d also like to address the large number of positive reviews in exchange for a free product. I am not saying that these people didn’t give their honest opinion, but if I was given this product for free (maybe not even looking for a new hair dryer) I would have filed it under nice little guest/travel hair dryer and think “not bad for it’s size”. The situation completely changes if you are looking to replace another hair dryer and pay good money. Just something to keep in mind. I honestly regret not returning it when I could.

Even Better Than My Previous T3
I owned a T3 Pro for over 10 years before it finally died. I definitely got my money's worth. I was hesitant to order this one after reading some of the reviews, saying it didn't have enough drying power. For me, it's perfect. Even on the low heat setting, it does a perfect job of drying my hair enough to use my hot air brush. My hair dries pretty quickly using this. It's much lighter than my old Pro, and that's a plus. I love it and highly recommend it.

A great everyday dryer
I have me medium to fine blonde hair and it’s been a great everyday dryer for me. I love how petite it is for travel as well. Fits perfectly in my bag/suitcase and makes the task of traveling with a hairdryer way less taxing.

compact
I bought the larger version at Costco a couple of months ago and extremely happy with it. It just dawned on me when someone mentions that it doesn't come with a diffuser. I happen to see this "baby" hair dryer , so cute and compact and what I have been looking for. However it doesn't come with a diffuser and had to purchase a diffuser for $35 extra but I think it's totally worth it. It is lightweight, compact and I find the heat is the same as the larger one. I will be returning the larger one to Costco for a refund. No need to have two hairdryers

Love the T3 do much I got the Fit for travel.
I have the regular sized T3 as well. I like it so much that I decided to get the Fit for travel. My hair is always so soft and shiny. I wish the handle could fold up but still fits fine in my carry on. The long cord is great too.

Small but mighty hair dryer
Wasn’t sure if the size would make it less powerful than my previous full-sized hair dryer - but not at all! It’s lightweight and quieter than my last hair dryer and dries my long hair so much faster. Also really like the placement of the heat and power settings - they don’t accidentally get turned off or switched when you’re drying your hair (IYKYK). This dryer has exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend

Worked twice.
This was not a cheep item, thought if I invested in a good dryer it would last. Worked great first two times used than the heating element went. Would love to return but window is closed. Would love a replacement if seller willing to backup their product.

Super séchoir léger
J’adore! Je ne voulais pas dépenser autant pour un séchoir, mais j’ai finalement décidé de me gâter!! Je ne regrette pas! J’ai les cheveux fins et pas épais, 5 minutes et mes cheveux sont secs. Je recommande
