These are GREAT pants!

I've worked in the construction, logging, and (now) land surveying industries, and with that, I've tried a lot of different brands of work pants over the last 35 years. I can honestly say that these are the best I've worn to date. The cut of these are perfect for jobs with a lot of movement... they simply move with you. And the stretch canvas material adds comfort when maximizing the motion of these pants. So far, I have also found them quite durable for single front pants (no double knees). A lot of reviews comment that these pants are cut long at the inseam... and they are correct. I wear a 38x36 in most pants, and these are more like a 38x38. BUT... after wearing them for a while I am starting to think that the long cut is intentional by the folks at Ariat. The pant cuffs stack up very nicely over work boots and will never become high waters when you are stretching them to their max. The waist sizing is pretty true to fit and very comfortable. One last thing... i also wear these in the office. They are pretty stylish and look professional indoors or out. I now own three pairs. Two in charcoal gray and one in khaki brown. All fit exactly the same. For me... a 10/10!

New go to for work and everyday

Great fit. New favorite pants. Rear pocket material is thin. Mine got snagged on something at work and ripped a hole. I was a little upset at first, but after I examined the tear I realized if I had been wearing jeans I would've been cut. They are very comfortable and can be worn as an everyday pant and not just for work. Not a dress pant at all. Material does have some stretch, so I went a full size down in the waist and they were perfect in the waist. Length was just right once I put on a pair of work boots. Price is a little high, but if you don't care about the color you might find cheaper options like I did. One thing to note is that the pants and jeans DO NOT fit similarly, so if you're ordering M4 jeans as well I suggest getting them at least one size bigger in the waist. I got pants and jeans in 33x30 and the jeans were too tight. Hope this helps.

Damn Fine

Really like these a whole lot. Lots of pocket space and separate pocket in pocket for a knife and keys so they dont scratch up your phone. Side right leg pockets are generous enough for a cheese steak and your wallet, or whatever you want in there. The double thickness on the heel cuff is nice so they dont wear as fast if you walk on em. A bit of stretch is soooo nice. I appreciate the fact that I can step up on a scaffold without my parts getting pinched or squashed. Speaking of parts, I havent had as much friction and its been a bit more dry. Gusseted knees are nice too. Look great, feel great. Only complaint is some of the stitch ends are left. Just have to burn em off, only takes a minute, but maybe should be done before they get packed. Going to order more soon. Honest review. Really like the feel, cut and style. Would get 5 star easily except for the loose thread end thing. My 4 Star is probably other peoples 5 star, but I think 5 star is something flawless. These are close. Really really like em

What’s up with this company?

I have always been a Carhartt fan. I saw these and thought they looked like they would be pretty good. Like a fool I ordered a pair thinking they would be nice. When they arrived I was totally disappointed with my purchase. For the $72 that I paid for one pair of these crappy pants I could have gotten 2 pairs of cotton Carhartt ones. My waist size is 33 inches so you would think that’s the size I should order. When I tried them on the waist could probably fit someone with a 36” waist. To top it off one leg inseam was 2 inches longer than the other. What’s up with this company? They are supposed to make workwear. Right? These feel like Sears Toughskins I used to wear as a child. I have tried to purchase Levi’s, Carhartt, and these “Arifat” pants from Amazon. No matter what brand I have tried to buy from Amazon they do not fit properly at all. I highly suspect that some manufacturers sell all of their irregular clothing to Amazon at a reduced rate. If I tried any of these pants on in an actual store I’d definitely not get them. To make a long story short I would only buy socks and drawers from Amazon as far as clothing goes. I know it’s a pain in the butt to go shopping for work clothes but at least you hopefully have sense enough to know what fits. Getting clothes from an actual store is the correct way to shop. You leave with something that actually fits instead of ordering, waiting, and then hoping that they fit. That’s all that I have to say about this.

Order 2 sizes smaller

I normally wear Carhartts but thought I'd order a pair of these and give them a shot. These are no pair of Carhartts but they do have some nice qualities to them. For one, they're more comfortable than Carhartts, given that they're so much thinner and that they have some stretch. They also have more pockets, though I find them to be less useful than they could be. I ordered one size smaller than I normally do but in hindsight I wish I would have ordered two sizes smaller. They fit nice out of the dryer but they stretch out after a few hours of wearing them, making them a little too big. Definitely not my favorite pair of work pants but I'll probably order another pair anyways, as these are pretty comfy. Just don't expect them to replace your Carhartts and order 2 sizes smaller than you would normally.

Great work pant, but order a size down.

My son is very hard on his work pants. He has some of the very expensive, top brand names and some of the lessor known brands. These pants are now his favorite. I've ordered several more! The price is fair and the quality is surprisingly good. The combination of double thick heel, gusseted knee's, plenty of pockets, (but not too many), a little stretch, makes these the perfect pants for him. The pants, "give", when he bends, kneels, etc. For the price, I'd have given these pants five stars, but because they come about a size too large than what you'd expect from standard sizing, I gave the pants a four. My son is very happy with these pants.

High quality work pants

Pants are very high quality and hold up well. Very comfortable. Did fit a bit big (bought 32x32) compared to other ariat jeans which fit perfect in that size. A bit baggy and loose in the waist, nothing a belt can’t help with. Shrunk a little during the first wash but not a lot.

Order a size or 2 smaller than you would normally wear

Great working pant. Made well for hard wear. Only issue is made large so order 2 sizes smaller than normal.
