"Clear" version is actually white, but works well!
I bought this eyelash adhesive about two years ago, and the product still works fine. I don't use it much, but the time I have used it it's done a great job! I got the "Clear" version of it, thinking I would receive a transparent glue. The "Clear" version of this adhesive is actually white, which is not noted in their description. I didn't appreciate that. However, it is a good product and any overseen tiny residue after applying your falsies can be easily covered when eyeliner is applied. This product has actually been the best non-expensive one I've tried, applying only a thin line to the edge of your fake lashes is just enough for it to produce a stronghold unto your lash line. I didn't get the waterproof version. So I was a little hesitant, once I had to use it under a very humid weather, but the false lashes stayed perfectly in place. I've never experienced any incident where any bit of the fake lashes have gotten loose because the glue has failed. This glue is actually firm enough as to hold on for more than 5 hours at a time, from my experience. The best part is that the hold of the adhesive is firm, but the lashes still remain easy to remove. You just need to slide with a gentle pull from one corner of your eye to the other, very simple. Please remember that a key component of having a great overall experience with your false eyelashes and the glue you pick is doing your eyelash application process well! If you're not sure how to apply the glue to the lash, or the eyelash to your lid, the results could not be as good. I would suggest YouTubing tutorials....and then confidently rock your look!!! ;) ...I hope this review was helpful to you!

I received my eyelash glue and I am very disappointed. There were many things that were wrong with the glue. First of all when I first removed the box of glue from the parcel and tried to remove the glue from the box, I couldn't even get it out. I had to RIP the box open to get the glue out because the tube exploded and the tube of glue was bonded to the bottom and sides of the box. After I got the glue out and proceeded to use it I noticed that the tube was literally 3/4 of the way empty (probably because the majority of it was all over the inside of the box).As I went to squeeze the glue out the bottom of the tube literally EXPLODED and went all over my hands, hair, hat, and sweatshirt. The glue was of a very watery consistency and it was hard to get off. Also I am 99% sure that this isn't real Ardell brand Lash Grip for the following reasons: -Ardell Lash Grip comes in a black and white box (I ordered it from a different website last year and I see it all the time in stores, the box is always the same color) but the box that I received was lavender. -At first glance I didn't notice anything about the tube but upon looking at it a little closer I realised that the writing on the tube wasn't the same as it usually is. Ardell puts the shelf life of the product on the back of the tube. The tube I received did not have the shelf life on the back. -The consistency of Ardell LashGrip is almost like a soft rubber. The glue I received was very goopy and hard to wash off my hands. I had to literally scrub my hands after the glue exploded because it would not come off with a makeup remover wipe or a disinfecting wipe. -This glue is almost sheer, whereas Ardell LashGrip is an opaque white. Needless to say I am very upset. I feel like I wasted my money on a product that isn't the real thing and on top of that there was severe damage done to the packaging itself. Was offered a refund back to a VIRTUAL card which i dont have the info anymore so it cant be located which card it was. Really messed up my daily makeup routine. Have no lash glue and no way to get my refund back. Been ordering from amazon for a while now and this was the absolute worst. Wont even consider buying again.

Not the best, but not bad
This glue takes a long time to become tacky and although it is advertised to be clear, it comes out white. But don't panic! It does eventually become clear. You only need a little bit of glue but beware: even the gentlest squeeze causes a LOT of glue to come flowing out of the tube. I'd recommend first squeezing a little bit of glue out on some sort of surface (maybe like a makeup lid or something like that) and then running the band of the eyelash through the glue...if you don't do that, you will probably ruin your eyelashes and cause all sorts of chaos. Removing the eyelashes is really easy. For extra security, I like to put a little bit of glue on the end of a toothpick and secure the ends of the eyelash down with it. With all of this in mind, it is a very good product at a great price, and the tube lasts a long time. And another thing - I've read reviews elsewhere before buying it and a lot of people have said that they don't like this glue because it's too gentle. That is one of the very reasons that I like this one, because I don't want it ripping my REAL eyelashes out.

Not Bad at All
This product comes down to this fact, half the people who gave bad reviews just don't know anything about applying eyelashes. I love this product so much! The only con is that, it stays sticky. I could have applied my lashes two hours ago, and then I look too far up and my eyelid gets glued to my eyebrow temporarily. Of course I sit there like an idiot slowly retracting my eyelid back to place, but this eyelash glue really does it's duty. It keeps my lashes on perfectly, and I see no lifting in the corners. Don't use the direct-eyelid method with this though. And one semi-con is that it comes out A LOT at a time, but you'll get used to it within a week, so don't fret. Direct-eyelid method: Put a generous amount of eyelash glue on an eyeliner brush and draw a thin line on your eyelid exactly where they eyelashes should go and wait for it to get tacky. This is what I do with glues that come with eyelashes, but this bad boy is too strong for that and you'll just end up ripping out your eyelashes. But I recommend this product to everyone!

Wait 20 Seconds
I won’t use any other glue now (white). The trick to this glue is to wait 20 seconds after applying the glue to the eyelash, until you stick it on. I blow on it & it helps dry the glue to help if attach almost instantly. I’ve always done it this way & I’ve never had any problems. Highly recommended.

Not impressed
Box it came in is wrecked and the product inside is half empty and clearly appears used. It also has no safety deal on it, and for something that is going so close to my eyes, I feel this is a must. I will NOT be using this product and am severely disappointed

It does the job!
It's decently strong! I would recommend for anyone who wears false lashes, this hasn't dried out on me, and the liquid stays sticky throughout the whole day! Make sure to coat well!

Glue for everything
My daughter has this glue and she says it is amazing. It glued down for hours and even when she takes it off at night (6am -11pm) it still puts up a fight to take off. she even used it to glue down her wig and it still holds very strong, wow she loves it EDIT: she even bought it again and it’s sooo good it’s her glue of choice

Well it's definitely cheap and I guess you get what you pay for. You're better off paying a pound or 2 more for glues that actually stick and is clear.
