Snow hiking...

Perfect for on our long hikes threw the snow. Warm and dry all day.

Worked very well in a harsh environment

We went on a trip to Pagosa Springs, CO where it was in the teens and lots of snow. I wore these in the snow for about 4 days and even hiked to a waterfall in them. They held up great. My feet never got wet or even cold. I wore a good pair of RealTree socks, but only one pair. They are even pretty light weight as boots go so I didn't feel like I was clunking around...and I'm 6'4" 250 lbs. We intertube-sledded an entire day. While other peoples feet were wet and cold, mine were toasty.

Good boots but....

The boots are comfortable. They're nice and warm too. But the top inner hook is missing on the left boot. Better quality control is needed. Artix has the distinct pleasure of being the first thing I am dissatisfied with from Amazon.

Warehouse deal that was returned again by me

I bought these via warehouse deals. My 3 star rating is based solely on the fact these are PU suede (not real leather) that is so thin the previous purchaser had pulled one of the shoestrings hooks out of the fake "leather" the very first time they tried to lace them up (the sole was completely unscuffed; never saw a floor) Perhaps the thinness was just that pair's issue but I doubt it. These will not last one season because of this issue if one is not careful to pull those strings tight (which is not too safe to be wearing boots that slip around on your feet) and besides the lining would get nasty fairly quick too as it is not removable to enable washing. Why these were attempted to be resold with that hook pulled and without a description that shared it is why I have Prime; I arranged a UPS pick up the next day and hopefully, no one else foolishly bought them as I did.

The media could not be loaded. It's not a good product boot at all and I pay good money for it

Poor Craftsmanship, sub par

Taking the boots out of the box, I went to string the shoelaces and the loop just pops right out. Very poor quality. Not secure or strong to even tie a boot, in the most simplest form.

Absolute garbage!!

Two of four of the lace hooks broke the first day my son wore them to school. I'll have to use shorter laces now I guess. I've bought Arctix brand items in the past and I've never been disappointed until now.

Garbage!

The clasps for the laces started falling off one by one and now the boots are unwearable. It’s past the return window but I want a refund! They were expensive!

Boots that are very safe for senior men!!!

Love these boots especially for seniors. Great grib for no ice falling. I bought these for a 73 year old man who was not comfortable walking on the street. Highly recommend.

Warm and heavy duty

Very nice and warm, I wish the rubber started a little lower on the boot for style but it's better in the snow in the long run. Definitely worth it!
